I think you can find similar mod (blue % stock battery mod) in the NRG thread - try to search for the sept 26 version, as this is the last ROM version based on 1.73.401.2.

Install Guide:
- Download the file
- Put it onto your sd card
- go to root explorer
- move the launcher from /sdcard to /system/app
- click on the home button and choose holo launcher
