Hello,
I know this is not the first time this topic is brought, although it is usually part of an unrelated thread.
I have this AllWinner A10 mk802 , a strange device (it looks like a usb flash drive, but is an Android 4.0.4 computer on which you plug your own screen, mouse and keyboard, making it a Desktop PC on a stick running Android).
Not being a big fan of tablets, I thought I'd give it a try -- Android with a keyboard and a mouse (!). It doesn't look too bad even if it is not powerful enough for my tastes and I can't install CM9/10 on it because of the issue I'll bring here in a second. (In the meantime I installed Uberoid 1.2, which is the stock chinese Android 4.0.4 image which most of its cruft removed -- still doesn't feel right, though.)
There are experimental builds of CyanogenMod 9 and 10 for it, there is a ClockworkMod for it, but I can't use it: when I get into recovery mode, I get a visually awkward-looking (see http://i.imgur.com/Nchso.png ) CWM screen, which wouldn't be a problem if I were able to move through the menus. I've tried with three different mice, three different keyboard, the only thing I was able to do was to flash the screen (it turns black 2 ou 3 seconds) and that's all.
Now, I'm almost there. I just need to be able to wipe the existing system, install CM10, its support (legacy) file and GApps. For that, all I have to do is a dozen of key presses. But I think that I've tried everything.
Has anyone here fought this or a similar issue and won? If so, how did you proceed?
Thanks!

I just got one also and have found a forum that is pretty comprehensive. I am doing a lot of reading before I jump to it. Try here:
http://www.rikomagic.co.uk/forum/index.php
Let me know how it goes as I am sure to root and flash CM10 as soon as some one gets it figured out.

I have dug this site also and wasn't able to find anything (or anything actually working) for my CWM problem. If you find something there that helps you, please share.
Thanks!
I have the same issue, Maybe someone can make Livesuit .img from the CM9/10 packages and compatible gapps and comp zips?
I just got a MK802 for testing and if it works fine with CM I will keep it or even better get a new one, but I am dealing with the same issue, the mouse/keyboard entry reboots the recovery, as if any movement is an enter and reboots the MK into recovery...
If anyone of you guys were able to fix this I would appreciate the info..

Hi all.
I had the same problem.
My mouse works perfectly in both versions of stock MK802+ firmware, but in CWM it switches the screen off for a few seconds every time I move it. The same is happening with my keyboard, so I am struggling to flash cyanogenmod.
SOLUTION:
I changed the mouse to a wireless one (not bluetooth, but standard 2.4), I had lying around and it worked fine.
I think it's because the first mouse I tried has a laser pickup which draws more power or maybe its just a cwm driver issue.
The keyboard and mouse I originally used are quite fancy gaming products, so maybe they are just too "high-tech" for Clockword Mod.
Cheers
Steve
CWM video anomaly on MK802
Hey Everyone !
XDA noob here but I've been modding my junk for several years now since HTC Eris.
I'm having the exact same problem as cpl593h, screenshot is identical.
I wanted to use TWRP, I love that recovery -best thing in device modding ever IMHO, but I can't see anythig about mouse support. It's all touchscreen I guess. I tried GooManager but it were a no go. Still trying to find a recovery alternative to CWM. I know it's been around a long time but I've had more trouble with it that successes.
If I find a workaround, I'll post it here!

hey there,
btsimonh from miniand.com managed to make a livesuit compatible .img of CM10. What's also included is zulu99's work of including droidmote compatibility. So no need to struggle with CWM any more.
Simon said that he will put some efforts in optimizing the ROM further.
So if there's any progress, I'll post that.
Sadly, as a new user, I'm still not allowed to post some links.
So I guess it's good to PM me until I reached URL posting threshold.

Hi2all!
I have exact the same problem with device "appolo-mele" (allwiner a10 platform) - graphics looks to bad, also when i try to switch menu entry - screen turns off and then turns on (on next menu entry), but CWM works fine (backup and restore functions).
I tried:
1. CWM for Allwiner A10 ("CWM 6.0.2.8 for Allwinner A10 & A13 Tablets - v2a") - "graphics problem"
2. Some other CWM 5... and 6... versions for Allwiner A10.
3. Build cwm recovery from sources, using native boot.img, following the "[GUIDE] Build CWM recovery " by buffo1987 and "[GUIDE] Compile CWM Recovery" by Shaaan. - "graphics problem", anything else works fine.
Here is some info about device:
1. It is a TV Box device with HMDI, WiFi, LAN, SPDIF optical audio out and AV-TV out ("3.5 4contact jack in device to 3 tulip connectors to TV"), 2 usb
2. Complied 6.0.3.7 CWM
3. cpuinfo: ARMv7Processor rev 2 (v71) , sun4i
4. other info is similar to "Rikomagic MK802+"
Maybe I should try to use custom "graphics.c"?
Can some help me with my problem?
Attached is the latest version of the recovery file.

Hi guys,
I just bought a new Coby Kyros MID8127 tablet (A8, Android 2.3) for my friend.
Now, I want to flash a custom ROM with JB on it, but I just did not find any ROM, CWM or tutorial for that here at XDA (or elsewhere).
Is it possible, that there is no custom ROM for that tablet to have?
Thank you in advance.
Greetings,
sYCO
I have the same tablet and I bought a custom ROM from the people at KTZ, however, I could not install this ROM successfully, in order to install it I had to take the tablet to factory reset state and then delete a bunch of system applications to make room for the new ROM because the ROM does not allow you to install it from a formatted system partition (it's more like an upgrade). But when I finally installed the ROM it wuold not boot a second time; what that means is that, after installation the ROM boots normally but if I reboot it gets caught in a loop where I just see a blue disk spinning and it doesn't do anything else and the only way to get it out of that loop is to connect the USB cable and boot to recovery via adb and restore the backup that i did before flashing the new ROM. I tried to get help from the guy who makes these ROMs but he wasn't very helpful. I followed all his instructions and always got the same result.
I managed to install manually most of the components of this ROM through a long process of trial and error and left out the components that make the tablet misbehave and now I have a hybrid on my tablet which works pretty well with the exception of the wifi. The wifi works but at times is painfully slow.
I tried other ROMs from Android Tablet forums (check here). There is an ICS Rom there (or more than one, I don't remember) and also a JB ROM for the 8127 but I could not make them work on my tablet. The ICS ROM installed fine and runs very fast but it keeps freezing so I uninstalled. The Jelly Bean did not install properly and it was very hard to get the tablet to a working state after it bricked.
That was a while ago and I haven't checked lately if there is something else out there.

Sorry, I gave that tablet back and cannot test it anymore. I rather recommend to buy an Ainol Novo 7 Crystal. It is cheaper, better and ****ing fast with a nice custom ROM support like CM 10, CM 10.1, Paranoid 3.0, Crystal-Fuse, ...
Btw, KTZ sucks totally.
My wife has finally decided she'd like me to put a custom ROM on her TF101. I have experience (both good and bad) on my phones and tablets, but she doesn't want hers "messed up." So, I'm a lot less comfortable taking chances with her device than I am with mine. She still loves her TF101 and uses it daily and I don't want to mess it up. Her TF101 is still stock, not rooted, and has the last available ASUS update on it (IML74K.US_epad-9.2.1.27-20120615).
Initially my research indicated this was going to be the quickest and easiest Root/Recovery process I've ever gone though! Download Razorclaw to the device, run it to get root. Download Recovery Installer to the device, run it to get CWM. Easy peasy mac and cheesy. But, Razorclaw seems to be gone. The link to the tool gives a Page Not Found error. Another link on that site outlines a complicated process with a bunch of adb shell commands that made me a little uneasy. Recovery Installer likewise is no longer available at the link given in the first post of that thread. There's a link to a mirror location later in the thread, but if it's not available from the person who made it, then I have to worry. I've also now realized that her firmware version is not compatible with those tools to begin with!
So with my reluctance to upset my wife, some outdated information floating around in the threads, I just wanted to confirm my current plan was the proper way to go.
Use the PERI-0.42 tool to root and install TWRP. I wish I could find a video or screen shots of the process so I can know what to expect. (Or should I use the "1-Click Transformer Root" tool? I'm thinking not as TWRP would be preferable to Rogue Recovery?)
Nandroid backup from TWRP
Flash ROM following ROM's instructions
That about it?
As for which ROM, Root-Box looks interesting, but it says the camera doesn't work and my wife uses the camera (and the CamScanner app) frequently, so that's a no go. So, I was thinking about Paranoid-Android or No-name CM10?
First, Razorclaw only works on a very few firmwares, and the .27 is not one of them.
I wrote a guide on rooting the TF here: http://www.transformerforums.com/fo...t/31927-frederuco-s-guide-root-rom-tf101.html
This uses EasyFlasher and APX mode. It does install an older TWRP, but if you replace the twrp.SOS file in the EasyFlasher "tools" folder with the latest official 2.3.2.3 file found here: http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/tf101/openrecovery-twrp-2.3.2.3-tf101.blob (rename to twrp.SOS and replace the file) then EasyFlasher will flash the 2.3.2.3. EasyFlasher will show the old version in the menu drop down, however it will flash the newer version. If you want TWRP 2.5.0.0 you will need to get it from the thread in the development section.
I have used Peri 0.4 in the past, and it is very easy to follow the prompts. I have not made a tutorial or video of it, but as I said it is pretty straight forward.
As far as the ROM to flash, I am using Domination right now and have flashed the RootBox one as well. At the current time the keyboard dock has little support for both of these ROMs. Many users have had issues with SOD and RR on the CM10.1 no-name. My favorite for stability and features is still TeamEOS 4. It has full dock support and is very very fast and stable.
I am actually looking to restore my EOS 4 Nandroid later today.
Easyflasher is about as no-brainer as you can get, I would recommend using that to install TWRP recovery (note: and update to a newer version as per above poster).
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1688012
I've used it with three different PC's and three different TF101's without any issues, and I've used it to revert to stock a couple times on mine.
As far as ROMs are concerned, I have had the best luck in term of a happy blend of fully-baked (everything works)/stability/compatibility/features/speed-smoothness with the EOS 4 ROMS and KAT kernals, though I have as of yet only given the latest PA ROMs (with halo) a quick look. I am admittedly biased on that front since I switched to EOS 3.0 long ago, but I also haven't heard of any complaints from my folks or a friend who are running slightly older versions of the EOS 4 ROM.
Some people say they aren't pleased with smoothness with the stock launcher in EOS (I run Nova Prime on mine and Nova free version on the other two I've helped "upgrade", seems quite smooth to me). I don't know if that is a perception issue, a difference in hardware, or maybe installed apps/widgets. Or if it is still even an issue.
The only issues I have had on mine (SOD's/RR's) in many months was with one short-lived version of the Kat Kernal, which was fixed asap. For me, it's just as stable as the last official ASUS ICS update, and way way more stable the the preceding one.
By all means, give them all a shot, but I have never really had a problem with using EOS as a daily driver.
Thank you, Gentlemen! That's just the sort of help and information I needed. I don't know how I overlooked EasyFlasher in my research.
I had the same firmware - I used PERI to root and went with EOS nightlies v118 and KatKernel v103. Best decision I ever made. Stable, fast and enough features to sink a battleship.
I overlock to 1400mhz using smartassV2 governor. IO scheduler is set to 'sio' (settings->EOS control center->syste,->Performance settings). Since then its been a dream to use, no lag, no waiting. I stuck the dolphin browser on for good measure. Since all that was done, its smooth, fast and really enjoyable. To think a week ago I was ready to sell it and get something new, no need to do that now!
good luck!
About a month ago I had what I thought was a hardware issue with my microSD card reader and started a thread in this subforum about that. Someone suggested I try flashing a custom ROM before I try replacing hardware. Long story short I am now running TeamEOS + Kat kernel and everything is great. Tablet is faster and more stable than it ever was on stock and its nice to be running JellyBean. Only warning, you'll need TWRP not CWM to flash ROMs using Android 4.1+ but otherwise there really isn't too much to worry over.

I got my wife set up with the Team EOS 4 ROM last night. I ended up having to use PERI instead of EasyFlasher. I couldn't seem to get the tablet into APX mode. Vol UP + Power either did absolutely nothing, or the PC just couldn't "see" the tablet in APX mode. It could see it just fine upon regular boot, and I got the "new device" ding as soon as it started booting, but nothing when trying to enter APX. Vol DOWN + Power, then Vol UP to enter RCK mode brought up the "dead" android with the red triangle for a few seconds, then it rebooted.
But, PERI worked like a charm to root and install TWRP. Then I flashed TeamEOS 4, and she went to work setting it back up.
Thanks for the help!!

I started to do some work on that tabled, but stuck with kernel touchscreen configuration. See here.
Touch chip is Goodix GT911, screen size is 800x1280 px. I managed to get touch working but partialls. First aprox 1.2 inches of top of screen are not responsive to to touches. After that 1.5" touch works normally.
I'm pretty sure I'm sending wrong configuration data array to chip and thats why its not working as it should, but have no time at the moment to toy with it. If anyone experienced with Goodix chips, pm me with ideas...

Update: I started to toy with stock kernel and cm10.2 (my first CM ever, was working with AOSP based SoC manufacturers sources). Problem is that device uses separate partition for internal sdcard, so have to disable emulated storage.
Things done:
- recovery
- android is built against precompiled stock kernel
Status:
- after bootanim and starting apps screen android reboots and starts back with bootanim. This was one day tryout, will debug it later today. Thanx to TeamNostalgia's preparation for cm10.2 on Amlogic MX. I used their framework and device stuff, upgraded with latest amlogic version of sources. Because of SLA I have with Amlogic, I cannot put it online.

It is. I'm not CM guy really, but its possible. If anyone interested, TeamNostalgia's github does have decent tree for Amlogic MXS tablets. I did some CM10.2 work for that tablet, but ended up with bootloop and reboot eventually. Didn't had time do debug it.

I'm really sorry for inconveniences. With 1.0.05 files on sdcard, delete factory_update_param.aml file and boot into recovery (as if you want to install firmware). From menu using vol +/- and power for select choose factory reset (data partition is not formatted using old partition layout, thats why you have 0kb). After that you also can reflash firmware if you want (just select zip from sdcard).

My daughter get this tablet from her grandfather on 03.05.2014 ( I guess she is lucky about that date ), and it was so slow and ugly and everything.
I installed your bety rom and everything is perfect. BUt after first reboot i get setup wizard again, but the first time after Install I only get FC ( just like I should ) but it didnt throw me back to setup wizard again.
Can I expect wizard setup every time I reboot or?
And Yes, thank you a lot for this awesome and fast work. The tablet is now so much more usable.
HVALA TI STANE MNOGO => THANK YOU STANE A LOT
@stane1983 I have the same problem as @babicsbalu. My pmp5670c is also stuck at black screen after rebooting and installing new stock firmware. I did both, renaming from uImage_recovery to recovery.img and deleting factory_update_param.aml and every time with the same result.
Please help me!
Or you can PM me (I'm from Croatia)
Hvala ti!
Well I also have prestigio tablet pmp5670C_BK_DUO and within a week it got bricked somehow. I guess that broken charging pin on cable had something to do with it - probably did a short circuit or something and boot loader got corrupt. Tabled was responding to connection of new charging cable, but only backlight turned on. There was no logo or anything.
I browsed several pages and nothing worked. I tried with official upgrade from SD card but it didn't work. It started to upgrade, android-upgrade logo came up, but after reboot nothing happened. Damaged bootloader was unable to start the tablet.
After a day or so I finally found a way how to unbrick it! Yeah.... So in attached file there is the detailed procedure, which I found on some Russian page.
Good luck!
Recovery.rar no longer available

I had a similar problem here and this method seems promising, but the recovery file indicated on the PDF is no longer available. Would you still have it lying around somewhere?
Thank you!!

I got this tablet 2 month ago, i have found on w w w 4pda ru 4 custom rooms for this tablet and i used google chrome to translate in english to understand what i have to do, i have instaled every one rom but i got a problem, with all custom rom the internal storage disapear. I instaled stock version now and the internal storage is there ready to be used. Custom roms are better than stock rom but it's annoyng me the missing internal storage. Anyone with this problem or anyone know how to fix it?
Edit: I instaled stock rom then i instaled again Firmware v.1.0.10 from MrCheba Repack and now i have internal storage working maybe reinstall the stock rom fix it.
Hi everyone.
I rooted my Note Pro 12.2 (wifi) a while back and installed a basic rooted ROM, not CW12.
I honestly don't remember which ROM I flashed. I believe it was just a stock de-bloated ROM, and if it's the one I think it is, in the thread it says that ROM was faulty and dev has stopped for it. I see the kernel version and build in the "about" section under settings but I'm not sure if that number would tell me which ROM it is, or just the ROM and kernal that it was built on top of.
I basically wanted a stock style ROM with the ability to change things as I wanted. I'm still noticing a TON of lag. Scrolling on pages, loading apps, screen lag between touch and actual input of characters when using on screen keyboard, etc etc. I've frozen a bunch of bloatware and other things and it helped a little, but it's still pretty bad.
Audio latency with recording and MIDI apps is very bad, but I know that's improved with lollipop.
Aside from lag, it seems that GPS won't lock on no matter how long Iet it look for a signal (hard to tell if it's the ROM, but my Note 4 has found GPS very easily). Also, my Note 4 (unrooted and stock at this point) is waaaaay smoother and faster than this tablet. I realize we're talking about lollipop vs kitkat, and that the Note 4 version I have is the snapdragon one. But it still seems like performance should be better on this tablet.
So I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a good ROM for me to flash until lollipop comes out for the wifi version of this tablet. I want the stock multi-window functions (4 at a time plus floating windows), so CW12 is not an option. I want to use some of the Samsung apps like s note and Hancom office. I use the s-pen from time to time with the pen apps like write-on-screen.
The "rooted" features I want to access are turning off the camera sound (adding the switch to the settings menu in the camera app, not just replacing the sound file with a dummy file) Changing PPI of apps (xposed module) and full access read/write on micro SD cards and really important is the ability to add any app to the multi-window apps list and force orientation. I've been able to do all this with xposed modules.
Other than that, stock would be fine if it wasn't so laggy. The main reason I want to try another ROM is the lag. On screen keyboard has a lot of lag, but even my Logitech k810 bluetooth keyboard is laggy.
I'm also currently travelling and don't have a PC with me. So I'm hoping I can flash the ROM without ODIN, or perhaps I can use one of the ODIN-for-android type things on my Note 4 to flash a ROM to the Note Pro 12.2. Also I have the stock recovey, and would like suggestions on which recovery to use instead. Again, no computer with me to flash a new recovery. Ido have an OTG cable and USB flash drive so Ican back up my files before flashing the new ROM, as well as a miscro SD card.
Any recommendations for a smooth, fast ROM? Any tips on flashing it without a PC? I know I can copy the ZIP to the tablet and flash it from recovery...but it is the stock recovery...is this going to be sufficient?
THANKS!
The hyperdrive rom by sbreen (in the dev section) works great. Isnt there an internet cafe in the vicinity? Ask them for assistance flashing the beast. I love twrp. Good luck!
I tried to find an easy root apk thingy so you dont need a computer, couldnt find anything (but maybe kinguser or something like it will work)
Link to twrp with explanation

Thanks! TWRP is I think what's on my Note II back home. My tablet is rooted already of course. For the Hyperdrive ROM, one thing I'm a little confused about is if I have to FIRST install a stock ROM and THEN flash the custom ROM. I'm a little confused about why exactly but I see that in the forums from time to time. It's recommended for certain ROMs. I don't know if flashing the stock ROM updates some other firmware/hardware driver type stuff that's needed for the new kernal to work or what.
There might be an internet cafe. I'm flying from Vienna to Lithuania today. Trying to explain to them that I want them to download and install ODIN might be tough knowing only English and Spanish haha.
Sorry for the noob question but is clicking the thumbs-up icon what generates "thanks" or do I do that somewhere else?

If its rooted you can install twrp without computer (see my link) use twrp manager fromthe play store for that
You only have to flash the custom rom
(Make sure you backup on an ext sd or something, then delete everything in twrp, install custom rom, restart and done) I also always backup the launcher settings, if you backup the apps with titanium restoring is very easy afterwards)
Lemme know if this works for you!

I'm already having trouble installing TWRP. I can't do it from the app, as my device isn't listed. I downloaded the zip file of the correct version of TWRP and tried to flash it using the stock recovery. But when I boot into recovery mode, it still just goes to the stock recovery. Then I downloaded and installed ROM manager from the play store and it shows TWRP as being installed, but whenever I boot into recovery I just get the stock recovery.
I'm back home now and I guess I'll just try to do all this with ODIN.
Is there any reason I can't just install the custom ROM using the stock recovery? That's what I did last time.
Ok So I got TWRP installed via ODIN then I used it to clean wipe and flash Hyperdrive ROM but gmail app won't even open, just crashes immediately, and it's one of the main apps I need so...probably gonna look for another ROM...or most likely gonna flash the stock ROM, unroot and sell the tablet and get a Dell Venue 11 Pro. Might wait till the end of July though, the supposed release date for lollipop on this device.
Had the same problem. Install hyperdrive without the gmail app option. Afterwards install itmvia the play store.
And if you want lollipop give cyanogen a try. I love it (but its a personal thing).
Ad make sure to read the Venue reviews, they are not very positive.

I wanted to try lollipop because I use it for music, and latency is much better with lollipop. My Note 4 is running lollipop and I get way better performance from MIDI keyboards and guitar amp modelling. I really like the multi window functions on the stock and hyperdrive ROMs though, 4 at once, floating, etc. I'm sure as soon as lollipop is officially out for this device, someone will release a rooted version.
Thanks for the tip on gmail, fortunately I read it before getting too deep and just reflashed without gmail it and then installed the gmail app as you suggested and it does work. There still seems to be a bit of delay when using the on screen keyboard, not as fast as I had hoped. But it's up and running.
I was considering the Dell after trying a bunch of different audio and video editing apps for android and realizing that I just need full photoshop, premiere, and Reaper with all my VST plugins, so I need windows. Perhaps Surface Pro is a better choice but I like the Venue's chassis better, fanless, rounded corners. Also new tablets might be coming out with Windows 10 so another reason to wait...
My laptop is great but it's really big and I like a touch interface for on screen mixers and instruments. So I figured a tablet PC might work best for me. But the problem is GUI scaling. with the Windows legacy apps like Premiere and Photoshop, the buttons and menus don't scale, and on an 11" 1080 display they are quite small.
Just wait for win 10 and while waiting fine tune your 12" beast did you try system tuner pro already? You should be able to get less latency from that.
(And did someone mention "buy a Mac" already?
I am surprised, because after testing dozen ROMs I found stock ROM fastest one. Just root and debloat it.
Not so any lag or problems, but with custom ROMS I had a lot of problems.

Indeed, cyanogen requires a lot of tuning (but its what I like about Android, I am more tinkering with it than actually using it I believe

I checked out system tuner pro (didn't buy it yet just read the description) What exactly would I adjust to get lower audio latency? Just clock the CPU higher? OR does it have audio-specific settings not mentioned in the description?
Hold yer horses

Looks like Samsung official lollipop (I read that it has way better latency) is finally coming to your tablet.

WHAAAAAAAT?!?!?!?!?!!? I've been checking sammobile EVERY day for the lost couple weeks waiting for this! OMG OMG I'm hoping I'll be able to use the Samsung Audio stuff with this, their DAW and amplitube and all that...plus I'll get Hancom office back...Thanks for the heads-up. I'm glad I've been using CM12.1 though So I can compare the experience.
Looking forward to the rooted version of stock lollipop making its way to xda as well! Now... to figure out the best way to back up my current installation...
I wanted to install TWRP and KatKiss 5.1030 but I can't seem to be getting anywhere; not even being able to root the tablet. I tried ViperMod and other root tools, but none seem to work and my tablet stays unrooted :s There seems to be no real noob manual with images and step-by-step procedures available for my model with the above mentioned stock & firmware.
The S/N of the tablet is a B80KAS....
Hope to get some resolve here...
Ok, after several hours of searching I succeeded in getting TWRP 2.8.1 installed as well as Timduru's KatKiss LP version. Seems the key is correctly setting up your laptop and the communication between laptop and tablet (mainly the APX drivers and knowing how to put tablet in APX mode).
One remaining question though: what does the circle icon do on KatKiss (I figured out all the other ones, but the circle one seems to do nothing...)
Also, just installed a first app to see if it works (Fruit Ninja) but it's impossible to get out of the game? There is no "exit" button on the app itself, and the only way to get the system buttons is through the power button but they are non-responsive and I keep getting a pop-up window to shut down or reboot...
I think you need to swipe up from the bottom to bring up the back/home/recent bottons.

Swiping up didn't work with Fruit Ninja app :/
Apparently the circle button should bring up the home screen, but in my case it's doing nothing. I'm happy to have been able to install the custom ROM but I think I'll read up some more on the LP5.1 Katkiss thread as well as the KK4.4.4 [#36] thread as that seems a quite popular and more stable choice?
Something is wrong then. Works fine here.

You are right something was wrong After flashing the ROM again and formatting DATA instead of only wiping, everything seems to work fine.
