Install CWN on rooted android + remove updates - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

I have an Asus TF101 rooted with viperMOD on ICS.
I'm running:
ICS 4.0.3.
v.9.2.1.17
I have a couple questions.
1st: the viperMOD method did not involve installing CWM. Is there any way I can install CWM once I'm already rooted or will I have to unroot and reroot with a different mod?
2nd: The Asus System Firmware Update is annoying the crap out of me. I want it gone forever. Is there any way to uninstall it when rooted?
Thanks.

[Q] Netflix on rooted TF without Clockwork

I have a rooted TF without Clockwork installed. Is there any way to install the fixed Netflix app without CWM?
1. I don't know how to get CWM installed at this point since I rooted it using a Universal root method that was essentiall one-click
2. My understanding is CWM does not allow future OTA updates and I certainly want to keep this up today at new versions get released.
Is there a way to get netflix working without CWM? If not can someone point me in the direction of the easiest method of getting CWM installed on a TF that is already rooted?

[Q] Can we use viperMod Primer tool to unroot TF101 without being rooted.

I have an Asus TF101, no dock. A few weeks ago, I rooted and installed CWM Recovery. Then I decided to unroot and remove CWM Recovery. I followed the method provided at TheUnlockr site to unroot and restore the stock Asus Recovery. As I didn't installed any custom rom, I didn't flash the "repacked-8.2.3.13_US_without_SU_app.zip" file and only flashed the "8239USrecovery.zip" file. Everything went fine: I got unrooted and CWM Recovery was removed. However the Superuser app and the program /system/xbin/su were not removed. I tried to do a complete factory reset but that couldn't remove or un-install su and Superuser. I want to know whether I can use the viperMod Primer tool to only use option 2 to unroot and remove su and Superuser app or I would need to re-root (option 1) first then unroot with option 2. In other words, can we use option 2 of the tool (unroot) wihout being root. Thanks for helping.

[Q] Stock Recovery Problemsim

im having problems with my asus transformer b90. i was rooted and just running stock but all of a sudden i lost root (i rooted with razorclaw) my stock recovery is also not working, i turn it into the recovery, then the android shows up with the cogs, but soon after the screen turns into an android with a caution sign. any help or suggestions on what to do?
Did you update firmware? That might explain why you lost root.
As for "Stock recovery" what are you trying to do? The stock recovery
doesn't do much except scan for an "update" and apply it.
I finally got root back using the nachoroot method and i installed cwm so no more stock recovery. By the way i was trying to use the stock recovery to downgrade to .19 to try and root with razorclaw. thank you

[Q] Cannot Install Custom Recovery

I recently reinstalled the factory stock ice cream sandwich onto my Verizon galaxy s3. After this, I rooted it and tried to install a custom recovery. However, it would not install it. I tried installing the recovery from goomanager and the one from cyanogenmod (both previously installed on different occasions). Neither would install. I then installed voodoo rootkeeper so I could update my phone to jellybean 4.1.2. As I was going through the updates, rootkeeper was able to restore my root until the last update. Now when I try to restore my root it says "root su restored" but it does not restore the root. I am also no longer able to obtain root from scratch. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
