Custom Recovery Installation Problem

Sorry If it is posted before,
Hey Guys,
I'm stuck at Yellow Android Downloading animation screen after installing Custom Recovery, I could not reach to the Recovery..I have Installed Clockwork Recovery Mode, but couldn't get reached to it..
Please Help Me Out...

download Rom manager from market,open rom manager and select "flash clockworkmod recovery"

U flashed it via odin ? If yes just remove the battery , reinsert and turn on

to go to recovery switch off your phone then press home + power button to go into recovery mode

Problem in odin flash gingerbread

Hi please i need you now i have froyo but i want gingerbread . I have download mode normally but the operation start and when the phone reboot the screen is black no image nothing

I do not understand. Are you saying that when you installed Gingerbread, screen is black?
If it is, try together to press the Home button and the Power button to go into Recovery.
With button up/down go to wipe data / rest, press Home button and reboot phone.
Before, remove battery and back battery.

No I know how to update in gingerbread but the newest firmware is not working

Few of us is facing that problem.
If your Gingerbread firmware consists of four files (like that of Froyo), may be you should check whether they are at proper place. Under my knowledge the following process is right:-
1.Ops:- BENI_v1.0.ops
2.Boot:- APBOOT_S5670....
3.Phone:- MODEM_S5670....
4.Pda:- CODE_S5670....
5.Csc:- CSC_S5670....
(Try this at your own risk)
Leave all options untouched.
If firmware is a single file, place it under "One Package".

How clockworkmod touch version is better than clockworkmod normal version?

I want to know clockworkmod touch version is better than normal version because my power button not working properly that's why I want to flash touch version is it safe

Why do you need the power button in recovery?

I am rom manager to flash clockworkmod/custom roms
That's why it need power button when I flash custom roms

But you can also press the "Search"-button! It has the same function as the power button.

Bricked

I just messed up and have my EVO shift bricked.
The worst is that I can'tfind the device when usb plugged. I guess I need some kind of usb driver.Can anybody help?

Are you using linux or windows?
The command lsusb on terminal in linux should give every device connected via usb.

A few questions. You say your " Bricked " . What did you do to get the Device in this state ? Does it Boot into Recovery ? What Recovery are you using ? What Rom were you using prior to the issue ? What Kernel are you using ? Have you Updated your HTC Sync Drivers ? The reason I'm asking all these questions is that the more information you provide, the easier it is to help you.

Thanks a lot, everyone. Now I can fastboot into recovery, but I just can't flash any recovery into my phone. Now I have Clockworkmod recovery 2.5.1.8(really long long ago). And I can't flash any Rom either.

You need to give us more information...
So you can't boot up then? But you can get into recovery? Are you on a stock rom or custom rom? Did you flash a rom and then your phone got messed up? When you say "bricked" what do you mean by that, how serious is it?

Yes, of course! I flash the OTA 2.76.651.4 Rom, and then I can flash CM recovery v 5.8.1.6. And everything is okay!! God blessed.

[Q] Cant enter CWM menu..

My phone can enter cwm just from ROM manager but when i try with hold Power + Volume down + Home botton, it doesnt work..
Need help because i got boot loop, my phone stuck on ROM Logo

Need to know what phone you are running. For the s3 unplug the device hold power+volume up+home. Once it boots let go of the power. You should see blue writing in the top left of the screen. Vol down is for Odin. Hope this helps.

If you can boot into device
Use AnReboot to boot into recovery

Can you get into fastboot mode ?

Redownload recovery using rom manager and flash it again .better luck this time

Try fastboot again. Pull out battery to power down, and replace it. Press and hold "home" and "power".

I think your phone may be soft bricked.....but just its my own thinking you may try another procedure also.

dude do it..go to the link i gave you..restore your stock rom first so that u can open ur phone using the link i gave you..root it using ginger break.
then install recovery and it will be okay..
