Sabsa Prime, "Facebook for HTC Sync" Help - HTC Inspire 4G

Upon installing Sabsa Prime v5.0, Facebook wouldn't update.
So, according to the forums here, I deleted the .apks in a root file viewer. I was able to update the app afterward, but Facebook for HTC Sync is gone.
Is there any way to fix this? I've searched the forums here to no avail

Reflash same rom on itself without full wipe.
Also please post questions in correct thread forum Q & A Thread

I tell you what.. I was looking for a solution on this as well.. so I'm glad this was on here..

How to Update My Custom Rom

I have an HTC Eris and have rooted it using the KaosFroyo Rom. Everything works great.
I need to know how to update my Rom from version 35 to 37-- what steps do I need to take. And will this update wipe all my current settings or is there a way to save them?
Thanks!
Joe
I have been asking a similar question in these forums about how to update my rom and keep my settings but for some reason no one will help and answer. Please let me know if you find out.

i downloaded the google car home for my sensation, everything work great but i can't add a direct dial for a contact shortcut.
i tried allots of apks but nothing worked, now i'm runing an apk which work perffect in mu mother's SGSII.
i assuming the problem is in HTC peaple app, i think the car home is looking for contacts.apk and/or dialer.apk to show the option of direct dial.

Problems with Desire S after Android 4.0 update

Hello!
I updated my HTC Desire S with the following update from HTC Dev:
Desire S HTC WWE RUU N/A v4.0 404.0 MB 14.01.401.2
Update went fine so far. Or is the update above the wrong update for my german Desire S?
But the Device has some problems for now. I Installed whatsapp and when i follow links i geht per whatsapp the app crashed and i get an error message.
Any idea for that?
And another Question to the Browser:
When i start the browser he first loads the last site i visited bevor i quit the browser. But in the settings i set google as startpage.
Even if hard kill the browser with the task manager it reloads the last page i visited instead of the startpage.
Any ideas on that?
How can i completly wipe the device?
Thanks!
I've taken note of your start date so I'm only going to suggest you search in the q&a section of the device forum as this is a common issue and has been answered at least twice a day for weeks.

Need to get back to FACTORY

Sorry I post this again, the other one is under GENERAL and I don't think the genius will answer there.
I reverted from CM 10 alpha 4 to 2.3.6 KPE and then to KPQ using the stock roms. This should restore all as if came from factory?
I ask this because I have many problems that I can't solve.
1.- UIDs on the system are inconsistent ....
2.- The application facebook (process com.facebook.katana) has stopped unexpectedly...
3.- The application google search (proces com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox) has stopped unexpectedly..
4.- Can't download apps from the market
Can anyone explain me a little bit more please? Is there any way to have my phone like factory?
Thanks in advance!
I've faced a similar problem once before and wiping the dalvik cache solved it. However this suggestion comes with the caveat that I'm not really an expert and myself chanced on this solution from the forum. Hopefully it'll work for you.

Allready tried, but didn't work.
It seems that after pit and flashing KPE, doesn't clear all. Something is still there.
I don't understand the differences between kernel and rom, so perhaps I need to do something with the kernel.
Thanks any way.
