I'm really scared because my Samsung Stratosphere is stuck in a boot loop. I had flashed the Tweak ROM and TweakStock kernel. Then, I had decided to install Full Deodexed Rooted Stock EI2 ROM. I then installed RHCP's Kernel. When I was using my phone, I decided I didn't like the second ROM as much as the first one, so I decided to flash the Tweak ROM again. I went into CWM recovery, reset/wiped my phone, and installed the ROM again the same way I had the first time. Then, when I turned it on, it would show the yellow triangle, then it would go away, and it would just be the Samsung logo. I have no clue what to do and I'm so confused because this ROM was working with no problems the first time and I followed all the instructions carefully with everything I flashed. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

When I flash merely anything, my tablet gets stuck on the Samsung boot logo (I have waited, and waited, and waited, until the battery dies). Sometimes even installing ClockWorkMod Recovery (official) will do this. But I managed to get the latest official CWM flashed. But I can't get ANY other rom to work. Even roms I have successfully flashed before.
Note: If it flashes it gets stuck at the Samsung boot logo. But I have also had it not flash sometimes too, giving me error code 7 in CWM which is an authentication/permission/certificate problem.
I am going to try right now using Odin to flash to stock, and work from there, maybe it will completely clean out any crap in the memory.
My tablet is the P3113 model.
Ok! So after flashing stock rom, then cleaning all the cache stuff, then attempting to install CM it fails with CWM Error code 7. And when I just reboot system, it gets stuck at the boot logo. Damn, I get stuck there without even flashing!!
Well, I may have figured it out..... ummm i guess *cough! cough!* I somehow changed kernels *cough! cough!* dang, my allergies! Hahaha, anyways, I flashed a kernel compatible with stock rom and cm10.1 and it has gotten past the flash of cm10.1 and seems to be booting up right now.
I am trying to install Cyanogen 9.0 on my Samsung Infuse 4G.
I rooted my phone, installed the modified recovery file, used ROM Manager to flash clockworkmod recovery, used ROM Manager to flash CM9 for Infuse, and now the phone will not boot normally and trying to boot into recovery is no different (unless I'm supposed to wait like 10 minutes or something). All that happens is the phone gets stuck on the Samsung screen.
What's my next step?
please do a search. i found this post almost the same thing by looking down a few posts. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1109685 should help.
Hey guys, I've searched around and tried various things and I feel like I am just regressing this thing worse and worse.
Here's what I can recall about my situation:
SL101, rooted using nachoroot and put an ICS rom on it. not sure which. worked great.
decided I would switch ROMs one day and ran into the glitch where if you install too large of a file onto the sd card it reboots in the middle and you have a corrupt ROM.
ended up wiping a lot of stuff and I was stuck with no ROM, CWM recovery, and boot loop.
trying to get back to stock and sell the thing since I left it bricked for awhile and didn't use it much before anyway. so I tried ASUS's website for their stock file and it runs in recovery and I'm back to stock recovery but still a boot loop.
Not sure where to go from here, any ideas?
TLR- stock recovery, boot loop
Did you try APX mode?

I accidentally (don't ask) wiped my system while trying to install cyanogenmod. After doing that CM seemed to finally successfully install but it was stuck at a bootloop. I went back into recovery to restore my backup but it resulted in an error the first time. I tried it again and it said it was successful. I tried booting that up but the boot logo looked different than before and it wouldn't boot. It wasn't a bootloop but it was stuck on the boot logo. After trying a few more different things nothing worked and I decided to flash the stock firmware back. When I tried RSDlite failed the flashing process. Maybe I don't have the right firmware for my phone or something. I can't figure it out. I'd really appreciate anyone input on this. I need to get my phone up and going again as soon as possible. It's a Droid Maxx. It's not the Dev Edition but it does have an unlocked bootloader.
Thanks
EDIT:
I tried flashing that firmware again and for some reason it worked the second time. This thread can be deleted.
If you find it wont boot past the CM bootanimation, go back to recovery and Factory Reset - that normally will get it to complete the boot process. Make a backup first so you can easily restore back if you choose. Beats RSD back to stock and starting over...
I also run an unlocked Droid Maxx, non dev, currently on AICP ROM or CM, whatever flavor I feel like and who is updating their ROM the most often.
Wiped everything and have no back ups anymore. Cant figure out how to install a rom. TWRP and Download mode still work but No matter what I flash I get stuck at samsung loading screen. Halp?!
Trying to get Tekxodus installed on my N920T which currently has nothing on it.
Still can not figure out what Im doing wrong. I wiped internal storage which I know I shouldnt have but when I flash Tekxodus I get caught in a bootloop until the phone powers off to charge. Even flashing skyhigh kernal after the rom does nothing. Still boot looping.
Use download mode to Odin back to stock. Then re-send twrp. Let it boot first. Then go back to twrp and flash your rom
I was able to restore a stock rom, install twrp successfully but this rom (teksodus) does not boot no matter how I flash it. Stuck at samsung screen again but this time on a custom samsung load screen. If I flash a new kernal I get stuck at the black samsung screen. Haha its been too long since Ive done this.
Got it all sorted, thanks!
