Yes there is a leak for your phone, and the OTA should be right around the corner got you also.
Sadly I'm on my phone and can't search well, however if you search you should find the threads you need.

Thanks for a quick reply. Can we install the leaked version. If yes can we have the step by step procedure to install it. I know its a pain to mention all the details , But i am just started using it so kind of eager to install the ICS.
Thanks,

Heres the letter I received:
Hi.
Thanks for signing up for the Atrix 2 software test. Our apologies for the delay in starting this test! The software will begin to be pushed out later this afternoon; however, it may take several hours for all targeted devices to receive the update.
We're eager to hear your feedback. Please share your experience on the private community provided, and via the survey I will send out after you've had some time to work with the software.
To ensure we hear you, please follow these guidelines:
Please post all your feedback in our private community (link below). This also where you'll find help during the soak.
Please do not call or contact Motorola, AT&T or your carrier support for help during the soak. Those teams are not yet ready to support this software.
I'm not able to check private messages on the forums during soaks, so if you need immediate help that's not a good route to take. Post in the community instead.
If you have any problems accessing the private community, please click here for help.
Please do not post questions publicly, on our site or elsewhere.
Please start your visit to the private community here. You'll find additional important information in the Welcome message as soon as you sign in. (Note that you will not be able to post in the public communities during the soak test.)
Thanks so much for your participation! We really appreciate your time and insights.
Regards,

It's your call on whether you want to install it or not.
I can almost guarantee that you will not be able to go back to gingerbread afterwards.
My advice? Download it, but do NOT install it. Pull it from your cache folder and send it to one of the devs here. DO NOT post the link in the forums.

The only thing I'm curious about is if the ns bootloader is still present

As in reply to both of you (Super_Commando and fardeen20)check out Motorola update page Atrix 2 has gone from ICS in Q3 to "further plans coming soon".so i wouldn't be surprised if we don't get ICS at all.btw i'm also using ATT Atrix 2 unlocked in India.i have installed the ICS leak and it works without any hassle.
it is confirmed same as stock as the soak test update version given by Motorola today is same as the second leak.the release date,md5 sums all check out.

I am glad with this update. Browsing internet is way faster! I was very afraid to aply the new OTA,since my phone is full stock, but even without rooting or moding, my phone is better. Cant undestand people complaining about the colors. Before, the colors seemed to be aways with "HDR", now seems normal to me...
cheers!

You should check the Atrix 4G forums, this is the Atrix 2 forum.
Having said that, you may need to install device-specific software from Motorola.

Some info about cheesecake

I have the searet rom and found the ics 672.1.7 leak on cheesecake some time ago. 239.9 MB in size..
Though it didnt install,
Checking first server in QA i.e,
QA-->master-qa1.blurdev.com
server DEFINITELY gives me that update no matter what time i check it.
Also the third server in staging gives me the same update every time i check it.. so some one with stock searet rom please confirm this?
And ppl with u.s version.. pls do check these servers more often.. you might find the update..

So is the production server the official Motorola update release? I wanna make sure I can still get the official update while checking for leaks. This might be a concern for others as well and might be what's keeping them from installing cheesecake in the first place.

No, altered said in the PA thread that he was working on aospa, so... That is what A2trip was pointing out, with his screen shot that he included in his post.
Also this has been asked and answered so many times now. AOKP will most likely not come to this phone, but there is CM10 and CM10.1 if those ever become bug free then maybe, but I would highly doubt it.
