Tiger Arcade ONLY on internal memory?

Hey guys, I'm unrooted and as such my internal memory is oh so precious lol.
I'm noticing that Tiger Arcade, about 20mb, does NOT have an option to be moved to SD card in "Applications"
Anyone else have this issue?
jrioni, cps2, and mame4droid don't have enough compatibility for my liking.
P.S. did tiger arcade ever fix that KEY MAPPING issue where it jarbled all of the Xperia buttons after setting them?

Here's a trick I did (requires no root) to go from about 40MB to 181MB free on my un-rooted Xperia PLAY.
• Install the SDK (http://developer.android.com/sdk/) and the required JDK
• Connect your phone in USB debugging mode (Checkbox in Settings->Applications->Development)
• Open a command prompt (Start->Run->Type "cmd") and navigate to the "platform tools" folder of the SDK
• Type "adb shell"
• Type "pm setInstallLocation 2"
unplug, power off, turn your phone back on and just like magic you'll see you have the ability to move much, much more (if not everything) to external memory.

Okay need a little guidance here. Thanks so much btw for your suggestion.
1) I installed JDK and SDK
2) phone is connected (usb debugging on, usb file sharing off)
3) I can't find "platform tools" folder in windows explorer. I find a platform folder and tools folder
Also, does the Android SDK program need to be open? and if so, does it need to be configured in any way?

Okay I found instruction to install a "platform-tools" update but the update keeps failing every time.
Every update I try keeps failing, actually.
Okay, got it. disabled Norton.

You wouldn't have to have the actual SDK open. All you'll really be (indirectly) accessing is ADB through the platform tools folder. I notice you got it after disabling your AV, but if your version happens not to work I can always archive mine and give it to you.
Should be a straightforward and simple process from hereon though.

I'm on the newest one from the tiger arcade website

Instead of all that hassle hooking it up to the computer, download (if you're rooted) ModInstallLocation and it does the same thing from the phone

[Q] ZTE V955 phone rooting and Google Play store

I have a Chinese ZTE V955 phone.
This model appears in the list of the Google approved phones and seems to work extremely well.
The Android version is 4.0.4. Kernel version 3.0.21 –perf.
For some reason there are no Google apps on this telephone, which is extremely frustrating.
Also there is no way to add a Google user to “Accounts and sync”.
I understood there is a way of adding the Google Play store after rooting the phone.
After a lot of searching and trying, I have been able to root this telephone in an instant with ICS Root Unlocker 1.0.
I have Superuser and Total Commander can write to protected files.
I found a GoogleLoginService apk and a GoogleServicesFramework apk, which I installed.
After that I was able to add a Google account in accounts and Sync.
I was also able to install Google Talk and I can log in.
Then I installed several versions of the Google Play apk.
The application starts, loads some 48k data and the stops with the message “Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped”. Behind that message there is another message that probably asks for the user to accept or decline the Google conditions, but I cannot click because of the first message on top.
Some sites suggest to copy the vendor.apk to the system/app directory and install it after changing that file’s permissions. I did not try that because I’m a little scared of upsetting this directory.
Can anyone help me further ?
Can I flash the Gapps package without flashing a new Rom I don't seem to find one for this phone) ?
Do I need to edit the etc/hosts file ?

I have buyd the same phone, I have tried to instal several Google Play APKs and no one have worked.
When I tried to install a new Recovery, the phone stops and no more starts.
He start but only in DFU mode. I need a way to reflash the firmware, but I found nothin!
Another way that he starts is pressing Vol UP+DOWN+POWER. Windows asks for driver: 19d2:0249 (idVendor = 19d2, idProduct = 0249) but no were I have found this.
Can anyone help?

Just bought this phone from aliexpress. What guys can you tell about quality of it? Does it "crackling" or is there any other issues with case/screen? And what about play store? All ideas to get it working fails?

[Q] Workaround for GTX 670M?

So my Nvidia Shield is in route after a much anticipated wait to finally having some extra funds to purchase one. I recall a while back with the most esteemed certainty when I check on the Nvidia shield tab of my Geforce experience was that the card was compatible with my ASUS G75VW laptop. When I updated my drivers today I looked at the shield tab and it said my PC is not ready for streaming to the shield... Evidently by some genius gesture, nvidia decided to make the card below mine (GTX 660M) and the card above mine (GTX 680M) compatible, yet mine the GTX 670M is not. . . Are there any workarounds to this that I may not be aware of or am I just SOL because of Nvidia's genius?
I was actually sent here from the nvidia forums where an actually moderator mentioned there may be some workaround here. I assume there is a way to bypass it but I am unfamiliar with this so called "rooting" process and if there is a guide some where where I can get this thing working I would really much appreciate it xD.

THEN
Download the App in the above link, make sure you have "Unknown Sources" checked in the "Security" section of the "Settings" App, otherwise it won't install, then just tap it in the notification centre or in a file manager, install, open, click "Make It Ra1n", wait for it to finish, wait an additional 20 seconds, then reboot. You'll have Root Access (but NOT an Unlocked Bootloader or a Custom Recovery, so NOTHING WILL BE DELETED!)
If that does not work try downgrading your graphics cards driver, it might have a bug if it worked before.
DISCLAIMER: IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THIS TO BRICK YOUR DEVICE IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL BUT THAT IS STILL VERY UNLIKELY TO HAPPEN!!!!

The above says streaming with a mobile GPU works if you have at least GeForce Experience 2.0 installed on your computer. It also says that sometimes streaming does not work and that a reboot of the computer is needed.

Thanks for all the great info, but what exactly does that file do for my shield as far as the purpose of "Rooting" it?

Sony Xperia Tipo won't boot

Hello,
today i tried to install the C10 software on my Tipo, but after doing it the phone won't start. I rooted the phone, installed the CWM and put the software on the SD Card. Applying the software went smooth, and after the reboot it won't start. What can i do now ?

try reflashing the rom via recovery and this time wipe / factory reset, wipe cache, advanced>wipe dalvik cache and then intsall the rom
and btw make sure it for correct model .

Download the Flash tool for Xperia devices.
Unzip the file you downloaded and place it somewhere on your computer.
In the unzipped folder, run Emma.exe. During the installation, make sure you remember the installation path:
Default path in Windows 64 bit is: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony Mobile\Emma\”
Default path in Windows 32 bit is: “C:\Program Files\Sony Mobile\Emma\”
Copy the Customization.ini file. You find it in the Flash_tool_for_Xperia_X.zip.
Paste the Customization.ini file into the installation folder. The installation folder is the folder named Emma in the installation path examples on point 3.1 and 3.2 above.
Click Start > All programs > Sony Mobile > Emma (if you used the default installation path from step 3 above) to start the flash tool

Now after installing
(1)
Computer: Open Emma from the Start menu of your computer.
(2)Connect a USB cable to your computer.
(3)Phone: Turn off your phone.
(4)Connect your phone to the USB cable while holding the flash key. Device will be detected and accordingly available software list will be displayed.
(5)Computer: Select the software you want to flash in the Service list. Service refers to standard official ROM for your Sony Xperia device.
(6)Click on Apply Service. The phone will now be flashed.
(7)Phone: When you have flashed your device, you can disconnect your phone from the computer. The first time you start your device after you have flashed it, the boot-up might take a little longer than normal.

First back up every thing in your phone to the PC, cause this rom will delete everything.
Unzipfile in your PC, then go to the folder where you unzip it, there is a sub folder called ADB, copy all content and paste it to da main folder, with the .img files. Next open the one of the .exe file from the ADB, I forget its name I think its start.exe. Open it by pressing shift on the keyboard and right click the mouse, run as administrator, you will run a command prompt.
Then shut down your phone, go to bootloader by pressing power an volume keys at the same time, after that connect your phone to your PC.
When connected go to your PC command prompt, type, flash_all.bat. Hopefully it will flash everything in the folder, then reboot the phone.
But be careful, cause this will delete all you data. So better back up everything.
