[Rom-Leak][CWM][KI3][Deodexed+Rooted][29-SEPT-11]

This is a cwm version based on the latest KI3 GB leak. I was about to use it as a base for my miui build and figured to release it for public.

Thanks mms when you go to settings force closes but the web browser scrolls better than ki1.

You can extract them from the cache.rfs that's in the Odin file.

I think ki3 is much smoother and faster. Feels a lot better overall. It does not come with Swype which sucks but can be fixed. market has crashed on me a couple times. There is no ringtone..? And it rings silent. Otherwise seems fine. I'm not one to use GPS or wifi so not sure how they are on this build.

Also noticed that the puzzle piece screen lock doesn't work add it should. I noticed that on the recent miui build also. Must be a ki1/3 thing?

Yea because the original messenger app is not been used. I used another one from aosp.

Nothing same exact files. There's no apps contained within the zips only the required libs and binary related files from whichever phone the Original Poster from that thread extracted them from.

anyone tested this yet? My laptop has this and sounds better than my equalizer on my phone .

On the original thread the OP is running a CM9 alpha on his phone with it installed, if that's of any consolation. I don't think it'll break anything. But I can be wrong.

Looks like the op failed at repacking... just use the original one.

Hi. I'm an idiot. How does this work? Are there settings ? Is it headphones only or even through the speakers? Is it only in Music or would it work on say Netflix?

I flashed it and I don't see anything broken but not sure how it works. I'm at work though so i haven't tried anything. I'll play around to see what it may do

I installed through CWM on CM9. My sound sounds great here at work on work headphones but not sure if its just a placebo effect. I played a Coldplay song through Google Music. That's 320K right?. It sounded pretty awesome but not sure what files I would check since there isn't really an indication that it's on or not

I got a 320 mp3, and actually have a pair of beats headphones, will have to check it out.
Any confirmed way of going back to stock yet? Will a simple reflash of CM9 remove this?

Can confirm it flashed on CM9 without any problems. Didn't test a before and after, but sounds great with Voodoo Sound Plus on stock kernel.

I'm diggin it on CM9, maybe placebo, but I thought our audio couldn't get any better... On a side note, DSP equalizer doesn't seem to work... not sure if that is in general or with this installed though...

Miui music app

Is theresomething I'm missing I tried to install the Miui music app on a non Miui ROM and its not working is there something I need to do to make it compatible or something?

We used to have a miui music player that we included with our roms...but not sure how they made it work.

i wish i could get ahold of that, the miui player is the only one with good ui that plays wma's that i know of.. and alot of my music is in wma format

There is always VLC Player for Android. Although it is not quite a finished product. It might be worth a shot.

I always have this on my external SD if i need it at some point. The only thing I don't like is that it's not as full featured as the newest miui music player. Closest thing i can think of right now to it. Hopefully, there is a port possible in the future and it will be full featured.

Paste into /system/app with root explorer and change permissions to rw-r--r-- and then reboot your phone. I just did it on Zeus.

I has an issue wiff teh MIUI Muziks. Whenever I done flashed teh MIUI, it only reads like half my music, i have 2,139 songs, but it only shows 1,032 songs -.- How do I done fixxity fix this?

That version doesn't read wma... Just tried to play a song in that format didn't recognize it

very nice addons

Hi, I tried installing this through the CWM. Im facing a bit of issues.
When i flash this, it takes me to option where i can choose each of the tweaks i want. Then somewhere in between, the whole thing just hangs up.!!! i need to press and hold the power button to restart the tab.
I hope im doing it right.. can anyone help me?
Im running ICS 4.0.4 open Austrian version.

Hmm,, for some reason, when i use MDPI file, instead of HDPI, it worked!!! its finished installing and the my ROM has been PIMPED!!!

Nope, Nothing so far. Although i have to say, the touchscreen does seem to have increased responsiveness and so also the scroller. Rest all the tweaks seem to do nothing. I have the beats installed as well, but then it doesnt seem to be doing anything. No change in Audio quality.
How about everyone else who has this tweak?? any changes??

It is not a separate app. It will be there under options.
Has anyone noticed battery improvement?
i have noticed that, battery drains faster if i keep fidling with tab, even while reading an ebook. Earlier this was not the case. anyways, i really dont think this is such an important upgrade.

Okay... I don't know what to do anymore...
I have a problem.. It happens with EVERY Jellybean ROM I use on this phone...
While the phone is charging... Everything is buttery smooth... I jnplug it... Its still buttery smooth...
As soon as screen off and on... Graphics stutter .
Drop down bar lags a bit... Scrolling is very stutter... Facebook app turns HORRIBLY slow (Much slower than when charging..) Everything... Now, bear in mind the phone doesn't lag... All apps are still snappy opening... Still fast to USE but scrolling is terrible... And drop down too... And launcher isn't half as smooth.. And...
You get the point.
I've done everything on every ROM... FSC... Blackhole.. Kernels, overclocking... Nothing seems to help...This one seems to be the best so far but...

What kernel are you using? For me, notification drops down like it supposed to. Doesn't stutter.

Wonder why its gone lol. All apps are from the Original AllStar LiquidSmooth ROM.. I'll add it in on the next update. For walkman. Head over to the themes and apps section and go to the AC!D mod thread and download it..

Do you use Adrenalin or NOS, or both? How do I enable the ability to rearrange the order of my toggles? When I flashed LZ, I followed your instructions and but the init.d back in. Do you leave the LZ files as well? I'm assuming yes but want to make sure!

Just to know is this ROM supposedly quicker and smoother then the latest cm10 nightly and I also wanted to know why known includes lightning zap kernel in other ROMs is it not supposed to be better just askin

The newest flashable version. I'm not that good with terminal emulator. Had to uninstall though and reflash tomorrow, forgot to update busybox and consider it has a battery calibrator. Doing this will only make it better. Used it on the ParanoidAndroid ROM and did wonders!
