I don't think so...I suggest you to wait for at&t ics...I remember reading in forums as both hardwares are little bit different which could be problem...
May be some developers can answer better..

Buddy i have the same phone version.DO NOT TRY TO FLASH ASIAN RETAIL VERSION ON YOUR ATT PHONE.you'll definitely brick it.however you can use the ICS leak.just search for ics leak by jim.works like a charm.is same as the official version.have been using it for a month now.no issues.

How did you get data to work on an ATT Atrix-2 in India?
Even if you unlock it, looks like it doesn't support the 2100mhz band which indian carriers use?

No, that forum was for the OG Atrix 4g which is a COMPLETELY different phone interms of hardware. So ROM's for the Atrix 4g will NOT work for the Atrix 2.
Until we get an unlocked bootloader or a workaround for the bootloader, no.

I have not got the update yet tho I know it is out. kies says my phone doesnt do updates through it and when I check for ota update it says non available.

As far as I know its not been released by the oems. I'm not sure how the uk companies handle it but att has to do whatever they want with ics before we get it. I would recommend installing aokp or cm9 if you want ics.

So far the ME865, and the MB865 MEARET and SEARET have seen leaks of ICS so far.

It depends on if yours is an MEARET, or an SEARET both have been rumored to be available there.
There is an MEARET leak, and users of both the MEARET and SEARET have been successful at running it. It is leak though and there are issues. Take a look at this thread, it has the leak in it:

Indian version has the SEARET rom. As of now the leak does not install. Returns error status 7. Or it dosent cannot verify the signature.

No, we have not found an AT&T leak for ics. You can help though, check out the link in my signature, DL cheesecake and start checking those servers!

I am using MEARET 4.0.4 and no issues. On HKTW found some like battery stat but not serious.

There won't be an AT&T ics release until there is an AT&T compatible leak on cheesecake.

There has been ICS leak on cheesecake for MEART i.e middle east and SEART i.e south east regions for Atrix 2 but we have no luck so far for our ATT edition.
Hopefully motorola will rollout ICS in 2-6 weeks

First on Kies... after a few days, it'll probably be OTA aswell. But I'm sure all of us hope for it to be available on Kies.. Or else we'll have to unroot or wait for someone to create an ICS stock ROM for us or something.

Okay guys, I updated my boyfriend's Atrix 2 to ICS leak 2 a while back and would like to wipe it/get it to official ICS... I remember people bricking via fxz methods when it had first come out and I would like to ensure that does not happen (or he will kill me! heh) any help is really appreciated. The reason we need to do this is because his phone has become defective and we'd like to replace it via AT&T.
