[Q] Transparence of Status bar

Looking for the transparence of status bar for wallpaper (on top) for Samsung GT-P1000, but I cant find out where it is.
If anyone know the related thread, please tell me, specially for Overcome firmware JMI v.1.1.3

Actually, I'm reall NooB. Just come to Android first time and just about a month to learn everything and quick how to flash the Modified firmware, ext4, CWM.... etc. Now with the other modified framework to get to the transparent status bar, make my old head a lot of headache .
Anyway... continuing learning... keep it up until die, man...

Does this works on 2.3.3 gingerbread from humbertos? thnx in advance!

It's doesn't work, and besides, my P1000 was retired. Now, I'm on P6200 with Honeycomb and the bottom status bar.
As far as I know, there's no transparent status bar up to now.
Pls. correct me if I'm wrong.

hey everyone.
see the screenshots...
due to demand of my rom and people liking it, i had to upload its files here..
though was not able to make the rom.
hope you like my work..
changes:
1. well everything from a to z in looks changes......
2. REBOOT OPTION IN POWER MENU
finally its done i have added reboot to power menu and its working great..
just trying also to add recovery and download options.. cheers

the blue rom is uploaded.....
please follow instructions...
1. these are deodexed apps so use them in deodexed rom only, [though some apps can be used in non deodexed rom also , but try at your own risk..
well the max that can happen is that the phone wont go past samsung logo, but still be flashable]
2.the folder system app contains the files that needs to be transferred to system>app folder using root explorer.
3. the folder system framework contains files that needs to be transferred to system>framework folder using root explorer.
4. data local has the bootanimation of nexus one so transfer it to data>local folder by root explorer.
BUGS:
has one bug as far as i know
1.during making call to someone the phone app shows that it stopped working and prompts you to force close. just dont force close carry on with your call , you wont have any prob..
if it bothers you dont replace the original phone app..(i.e. dont use mine if it bothers you)
rest all is fine.
* i havent really tested the android policy.jar file in system framework folder.
for reboot option . after i just made a change as said by lestat....
so try it.. if it doesnt work, then remove the file and place the android policy.jar original file..
*i am not responsible if you brick your phone
it worked for me very well
the notification bar looks are not like the one in screenshot..
i dont hav ethe phone so cant take screenshot now...

Looks nice but I think that DIAL PAD has poor visibility - try with darker colour.

tried like 10 times to add reboot,recovery and download options to the power menu....
but i dont get it where the hell i am mistaking.....
anybody help please????

well i have reached much ahead of this.............
i have added many codes to the system files in order to add reboot,recovery, download options......
RESULT:
1. no reboot/rec./download options
2. but the phone shutdown and startup time was reduced considerably....(accidental finding i suppose )

Any other advantages or is your rom just about the look?
Deodexed? Pre-Rooted? Changes in Filesystem?
On what FW is it based? What kernel is in use?

What's the source?
Changelist?

haha thanks dude i am hurrying up lol but hate those dam forecloses then ive to write codes based on our device because sgs2 is different size screen and what not -_- .. but almost 90% of work is done but this is a ongoing project which will feel different once finished. once done ill be looking into doing other projects/themes that'll blow skyrocket's mind :O

The status bar force closes for me.

So is this for say stock rooted 3.5 or 3.6 att?

this theme is for any rom that is rooted..as far as statusbar foreclose ive not got any at all..please follow steps of wiping cache x3 and wiping dalvikcache x3 . if it still presists ill look into it again..also you should have lidroid.apk installed if not ill add it in to the zip.

not a noob question at all..when you go into cwm recovery to flash this zip then what you have to do is wipe cache and do that 3 times and then go into advanced i believe and wipe dalvik cache 3 times also then install this zip..i dont know why statusbar foreclose shows up because the only files this zip has is framework-res.apk , twframework-res.apk and all system apps like clock,phone and all and all my coding ive done is 100% percent on dot and i tested it prior to but if it is still there ill take down the link & look into it further..
edit: give me time guys im gonna take the link down for a bit and reupload it when all the problems are tested by another user prior to. also we have had a snow storm here so need to clean driveway and all.. ughh snow-storm -_- ..sorry guys

Battery bar won't work anymore.......and kinda miss the other 4g status bar icon
Aside from that......everything is working just fine
edit ... Re flashed battery bar and it now works.....and got the sky ics 4g icon back....so i'm happy
Edit .... Re flashed stock battery with percentage......whole theme disappeared

Looks good but i get two FC's one for settings (process com.android.settings) and when i press setting i just get a black screen and one for Messaging (process com.android.mms )
running stock rogers 2.3.5 rooted i also cleared the caches three times and fixed permissions

sorry guys had to take the link down due to some problems i saw at the end but it is back up once again and i tested it with one of my budz he said there is no forecloses one bit. so if any of you run into problems please state which rom you're using and whether its odexed or deodexed. thanks everyone

i was wondering if anyone knew a way to add a screenshot option to the power menu. my old phones custom rom had that option and i was wondering if anyone knew how to add it

Yes to the beats audio and for the red it could be changed but I probably wont do it anytime soon if ever bc i dont have time now

There is one on CM7 i believe, you could look at the code and see if you could port it yourself.
I would decompile framework.jar and look in the shutdown thread smali files.

I see. What about capture from the notification bar? Pull the apk from SCOMV3.5. I just tried it and works great. That should help until someone takes a shot at adding it to the power menu mod.

I don't think any sgs4g rom has it but my v4 will have it as I already posted a pic on my thread showing I got it working

once your version 4 has it, will you be able to pull out the apk so i can use it on my rom?? or do i need to flash to your rom?? and do you know when you will add the option of changing the font color?? because i love the background and color of the black valhalla rom

Ok thanks but I'm using Cyanogen MOD 10.2 and there is no option for it. PAC Rom has the option if I remember correctly.
Anyway thanks for the replay. Do you have any glitch in Boot animation cause every time I booted up my device the boot animation isn't show perfectly for the first couple of seconds.
