Basically supersu need root access to update its binary, but since it is broken, it need help root acces provided by superuser. Btw have you clear cache and dalvik too?

I guess you have reinstalled the superSU, it will delete su bin.
Now, you really need to flash the rom again and do the fix step by step.

Because it's a system app ull have to use a root explorer and manually delete the app
If helped don't be afraid to hit the thanks button it doesn't bite lol
and then put SuperSU as a system app. Right?

If you can simply install it I would go that route. Otherwise, yes you can. You will need to change permissions and reboot if you install as a system app.
Hi guys today i tried to remove superuser from system\app and it worked but now no app wont recognize root with supersu on system\app but with wrong permission i can not use root anymore please help

Okay, install supersu from Play store. Simple. Then reboot.

You can install supersu binary using cwm. But update-binary needs to be modified in the zip file to get it working.
Download this and flash from cwm. I have modified the needed changes.

First, dont post again & again. This thing I already suggested you. This is called Spamming.
Now, if you want then download & update latest Busybox from play store.

Take a look here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831152
Use the second metod in the above thread - http://rootgalaxynote.com/galaxy-no...-galaxy-note-10-1-easiest-methodcwmmethod-2/#
Also make sure that you uncheck auto-reboot in odin if you are using the latest firmware, or you will lose CMW on reboot.
Ps: I recommend using TWRP after rooting using the above method. You can simply install TWRP using GooManager from the Play Store - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.s0up.goomanager

No, used in my friend note 10.1 not even a week ago, with the latest firmware, and it work flawlessly
But in newer version you need to uncheck auto-reboot! And manually reboot to recovery.

Like the title, I replaced my old Home.apk by the new one. Unfortunately, It didn't work. So I went to CWM and flash another Home.apk that worked before. But when I booted up, Home.apk lost. I went to /system/app it still there, but can't install. Anyone can fix this? I already Fix Permission but didn't work
