If you mean an app that allows VoIP from countries that block VoIP normally, Skype works.
Or if you need SIP, use csipsimple but with TLS and/or SRTP. Note your VoIP provider must support TLS in that case.

Or just run vpn and use whichever one you fancy. That's what i did while i was staying in Dubai. UK vpn and no worries.

Here in Canada TMN (the movie network) will soon be releasing an app TMN GO exclusively for users on the Rogers Network. As soon as it is released I will post the file. I am asking for a mod devs, as I am on another provider. More info at the link..

We know Songza app only available in US and Canada.
A few day ago, I download it from Google Play(with US IP).close OpenVpn and open app.
Incredible it work in Malaysia.
