not try to sound ass holish at all but backup ur current boot animation, then try this boot animation, thats bout the only advice i can give you
i need some help figuring this out. the last two roms i installed i been having this problem. whenever i reboot my phone i get stuck in boot animation. even when i try to restore my data it goes through the process fine but when i try to reboot it gets stuck in animation loop. yhen i have to reload the rom and redo all settings again. am using twrp.
So, I just rooted and installed CM11 on my galaxy nexus (verizon) and I was changing the boot animation to a more stock animation, so I flashed the animation from CWM and rebooted. The animation is slow and I wanted to change it back. I got a new animation from my computer and then tried to flash that .zip. It appeared it did not work because the animation is still there. I had made a backup of my ROM on the phone itself thru ROM manager. How do I remove the crappy animation and back to a more stable one and, if necessary, how do I go about flashing that backup thru CWM?
Thanks in advance,
Someone who screwed up.

So, I have learned my leason. I will not use a toolkit again!
I was trying to go back to stock using Skip's toolkit. It got all the was to flashing the boot.img and began to reboot
The phone is now stuck on a boot screen. I have trying holding all three buttons to access fastboot but the screen just stays black until I let go. The phone then just turns back on and goes back to the boot animation.
Any ideas?
For boot loader the correct keys are volume down and power. If that doesn't work try http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/bootloader-bootloader-nexus-5-t2746343
I don't think you can brick both bootloaders with that toolkit but ... i guess you never know.
Is this possible to recover from, if so how lol? i can enter download mode but when it boots up "normally" it doesn't display the splash screen and boot loops.
(i changed the splash screen and i'm assuming i did something wrong and now it breaks when loading it?)
Also i am unable to boot into recovery, just ignores it and continues bootlooping
nvm fixed it, just reflashed with stock firmware
