The call has been made... They want to "evaluate" my device on Tuesday... Fine by me, they can evaluate the 1 week old device not functioning properly and give me one of the 2 devices I listed... I love this phone but this is number 4 and enough is enough...

Works perfectly.
I took off the theme, replaced the toggles with custom ones, and I'm seriously loving this mod.
