I have the original completely stock VRALF2 .tar.md5 file that is Odin flashable, does anyone have the stock VRALG2 .tar.md5 that has a long name, and includes he stock vralg2 boot.img, recovery.img and sys.ext4.tar in it?

How to flash stock recovery back (GT2 7" - P3113)? I recently downloaded and flashed UEBLG5 firmware (4.0.4) as an md5 file, it contains recovery.img and everything else but I only wanted to flash recovery, in case there's an OTA update and I don't want to flash it via Odin or kies. Please help.

With the G930U firmware, how/would it be possible to extract the boot.img from the MD5?
So when flashing the EngBoot for root, can re-flash the stock one instead of reinstalling the entire firmware again.

Anyone have the bootloader and modem for Marshmallow in Odin? I'd really be able to flash the zipped rom TEK rom then odin flash the two proper files to make it work than do a full odin flash, then odin recovery and root and then flash the zipped rom.
I have a SM-J327T from tmobile and I have an idea for root but I need the stock sboot and stock system files in an odin flashable format.
