rom removed until incoming call fixed
v21y radio by default. for v21e flash old-radio.zip after flashing rom.
Gapps= Google Apps GB
v21e support= v21e Baseband support
This is only an Alpha, please report bugs, flash GAPPS.zip after flashing for google apps, basic instructions: wipe data/cache, install Archive.zip, install gapps.zip, reboot, wait until fully started, reboot again.
I take no responsibility for any damage or injuries that result from installing this rom, nor the implosions / rips in the space-time continuum that this rom may or may not cause. bug reports are welcomed. specifically, is the radio working properly for you? this LiGux is from the maker of the Galaxy Ace port, and the base is cm 7.2.0, kernel is from EaglesBlood. Has the simple mobile / straight talk / t-mobile APNs already added and is set by default with the CyanBread theme. Any questions feel free to ask in thread or PM me
CHANGELOG:
0.1: Initial port, with stock CM kernel
0.2: Switched to EGB kernel, added wifi calling, made slight build.prop edits, added amazon app-store
0.3:~PLANNED~ ICS version port
Any screenshots?? Nd let me b the 1st to say thank yhu nd welcum!
Could we either get an update with WiFi calling added or a working zip for this particular rom? I have a zip but it wont connect and I even selected the correct apn as this one has straight talk and t mobile. I used the correct base band but WiFi calling just wont connect........ I'm loving this ROM, its always a breath of fresh air to play with something new
Thanks
update now out
This is what the OS looks like stock, not sure about this one, though.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1705252
It is very similar looking to the LG Optimus 3D and LG Thrill stock OS.

Installing now, will use whatever kernel you provided. You should really post some sort of changelog or a comprehensive list of features/add ons that either came stock with this ROM, or that you have done yourself.
I'm doing this blindly because I want to try it out, I don't see anyone else here who has tried it! haha.

Thank you for testing it, also providing the screenshots, only differences are the boot animation and the lock screen that comes stock. right now i'm working on a proper ICS port, this is still my alpha, i'll get right on making a passable change log!

So is this technically just a heavily themed CM7 version of the Ligux? Right now I have it sitting on the initial login screen, i'll let you know when I have everything running properly and whether or not it can be used with say the Morfic ELP kernel of the latest Faux 50b6 kernel.
Right off the bat; screen off animation is broken and the graphic doesn't work in the tradition "tv off" animation. Turn off the animation for now.
Signal acquired immediately, which is a good thing, using the stock kernel.
Scrolling through the menu options is a bit choppy, I just flashed with nothing else loaded on the phone, so I'm pretty sure it's the ROM.
I'll come back to this ROM when some things get sorted out, or when the true port in ICS happens.

I like a lot of sleek visuals, which I guess is why I like MIUI, second would be ICS, then CM7...I don't really care for stock GB ROMs, but they're the most stable so far for the new baseband.
Also, with the link that I provided for the stock Ligux images, is that what you're trying to do? The notification bar and the lock screen you're trying to port over to CM7, or do all of that with the actual ICS port?

yes, it is exactly that, the little "comic bubble" with options comes up when you tap in the top right corner, and it is designed for the New baseband already. if you want the v21e baseband support you must flash the old_radio.zip i put above

Whenever you're done with the new update I'll flash it, if it starts to STOP looking like the traditional CM7 I'll gladly run it for a while and see how it works out.
I want to try this as well, will wait for 021
Good to see new builds coming in
it'll probably be until tomorrow, ran into an issue with my build.prop mods and the phone app, crashes on incoming call, looking into a fix...might just scrap the cm7 version...

Oh how I hate the Phone.apk crashing on incoming call issues.
Camera doesn't work...same issue as what I had with lewaos port and mookeos port. Photos work fine but not video recording.
Sent from my LG-P999 using Tapatalk
okay, 0.2.1 is coming from the samsung galaxy s 4g. but maybe i could get a little help with the phone.apk? Tried to use your LeWa as a base...didn't even crash...just...nothing?
Well with the camera I'm not sure, I didnt have problems, then they were reported, I did a new built where camera is working but I didnt upload it because of the Phone.apk When I used a previous once that works it bring some aesthetic bugs and FC, but I also noticed that livewallpaper support was not working, so I decided not to upload it as there was nothing new, not even new bugs.
With the camera, I'm not sure what is the isue, maybe the mediaprovider app? Check that out.

thanks for the advice, i'm trying with the ICS version however i am getting an issue with the port...not sure what it is yet...might have to make it 4.0.3 based instead of 4.0.4? but it may be a bit before i have anything worthy of release. right now i'm just working on trying to find a proper MIUI to try to put on top of the stock rom that boots...if that works i'll release it.
Lezo OS
Hello everyone.
This is a port of the P990 Lezo OS a CM based rom. I am not a developer, just someone who was lucky enough to have this work It's just another piece of a so called "Crack Flashing Series". There are plenty of roms provided to our community, and this also brings people with different likes and dislikes. I aim only to share some of the other roms out there with the community. Maybe you want to try something out inbetween updates from your favorite rom, well, try this.
None of this would out be possible without the help of guides from dubntz and blindndumb. If you like any of the ports thank them as well.
I try to test each rom to ensure stability and luckily they've been great.

Wow looks really nice! Thanks for all these ports, options are never a bad thing.

Cant wait to try this one out. Our phone needs more stable roms where everything is working. ICS is nice but till we get our drivers, it's a backburner rom for me. I say lets get more and more roms besides ICS.
Thanks for your effort buddy.

this looks like someone takes MIUI and change a couple things around then named it differently....
That ain't real Polo, bro!
Almost every other Chinese OS looks like some ripoff of MIUI /CM7. I wasn't going to post this build solely because that it reminded me of Shendu, Lewa, and others. But its hella smooth and stable. Plus they update weekly.

Ok, tried this ROM. Did the usual, full backup, full cleanup. Install was straight forward.
My impression. It's pretty. Possibly one of the prettier interfaces.
Unfortunately some negatives. The battery just shows a ? And my home button doesn't work. Total deal breaker for now. Went back to Temasek's cm7 kang for now. I will be looking forward to updates. Especially if you can get the Chinese translated.
I used the August 3rd build.

Anyway to get rid of the Chinese language and replace with English ???
Thanks
I've been running the Illuminance 3.0 rom on my Galaxy S for quite some time but I'm having some really irritating problems and I can't seem to find a solution.
Bar none, the most irritating problem is that the phone, contacts and messaging apps are constantly crashing for no reason.
Anyway, I just downloaded Handicent to use for messaging so I don't have to deal with the glitchy turd of a stock program.
Does ANYONE know how to change the links in the bottom bar? I just want a handicent link there instead of the stock program.
Thanks
It's official. This ROM is a steaming piece of ****. can't believe I've ran it for a long as I have.
Hey guys, I searched for this issue but couldn't find it anywhere. I use to be able to long press on any text in any application and it would highlight the text, then I could move the bars to select more or less text as I needed. Once I had the text I wanted selected I could quick press on it or long press and copy the text. Then I could long press in another area and paste it.
Before I had rooted and installed one of the gingerbread OS, not sure which one. Everything worked great on that ROM build, and I loved it. Recently I decided to wipe my phone, and once again followed the Galaxy Blaze Bible post to re-root and install CWM, followed by this freaking great CM10 stable ROM. However, I can't select text in a game I'm using, when I could before by long pressing.
I know this sounds like a minor inconvenience, and it is, but I sure would like that functionality back if possible. I've tried selecting text in other apps and it does it perfectly and I can paste too.
I'm noticing that if the text isn't in a "text box" it won't copy, and it did before.
I also installed Gapps 4.2. I got the stable CM 10 ROM from the Cyanogenmod website 2 days ago (cyanogenmod dot org). Hope this info helps.
Hopefully, someone has a fix or a work around? Maybe there is another app I can install or if the developers of CM 10 stable have the time to look into this issue and fix it, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for any help you may have.
CM 10 Stable - Keyboard issue
Oh, I almost forgot. Before when I use to type in text, if the keyboard took up too much space the text field would rise above the keyboard so I could see what I was typing. Now in the CM 10 stable ROM, the keyboard covers up my text fields and I can't see what I'm typing or erasing. I've also tried installing the go keyboard and still have the same issue.
Again, if anyone has a work around or an idea on an app that will take care of this issue, that would be great. Or if the devs have time to look into that would be awesome too.
Thanks guys / gals

For the nightly ROM do I have to backup and completely wipe the phone again, or can I just update the stable ROM?
Also, should I just go with the newest CM 10, or should I go for the 10.1 ROM?
Thanks so much!
Update
Ok, I found the update function in my phones settings so I got the latest CM 10 nightly ROM. However, same issue with not being able to select / highlight text in non-text boxes. The keyboard is still blocking my view of what I'm typing as well?
Perhaps there is an app from t-mobile that took care of this issue before? I forgot to mention that t-mobile is my carrier, so perhaps they had some functionality that this build doesn't have?
If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated!

As far as the copying of text in apps goes, different apps behave differently between different Android versions. 4.1.2 is very different from 2.3.7.
As for your keyboard issues, that's just CM. My phone behaves the same way. Sometimes, the text field simply doesn't gain focus when it's selected. The workaround: when you select a text box and the keyboard goes over it and hides it, press your back button to hide the keyboard then select the text box again.
I seem to remember this happening more frequently with early versions of CM10 for our device and it continuing until i started fresh. If i were you, i would download the latest nightly and erase you phone completely with Black Hole and FSC aka Gremlin Remover, then reflash cm10.

Hey guys, so I've been using a lot of ROMs lately, and I decided to go back to stock with XPosed. I really like it, but I also would like to know if there's any way I can edit my stock ROM to have those "little things" other custom ROMs has? For example: When I download something from the playstore, then go to the notification drawer, it shows the download speed and time left. Also, when I receive a message, I can press "Read", "Reply" etc right from my NC... Will I be able to add those tweaks? Ofcourse, these were only a couple of examples, I'm sure that are a lot of stuff I haven't mention and I'd love to try out.
Thanks.
Most tweaks like this need to be compiled at source code level (AOSP) or need xposed. There's very little you can tweak on stock by recompiling (reverse engineering)
