I use it and still makes the stock browser the fastest out there, thanks to it
of course as always the downside is that after a reboot the browser settings & bookmarks are reset

Just to clear up; the stock browser in the new JB rom has changed to Chrome, right?
If so, I would says its working. I'm using it (browser2ram), and it makes the stock browser a lot faster.
Thanks for the input. I have both the Asus stock browser and Chrome after the JB update. With browser2ram installed the Asus stock browser is faster, but I dont notice much difference with Chrome.

I don't experience a loss of bookmarks from the stock browser (local bookmarks or bound to my Google account) after rebooting

I have just GEDified my non-USA Xoom and and am enjoying ICS.
Much smoother and I think the screen seems clearer and brighter
However I am just getting used to Chrome and have noticed some sites with video behave differently on Chrome compared to the stock browser.
On Chrome I get an error message saying I need Flash 9.0 or higher and on the stock the video plays. I have Flash 11.0 installed.
Any ideas?

Ignore this. I've found the "answer" but not a solution on another forum. All very confusing.
If anyone is interested, the answer is: Chrome doesn't support flash.
Does it if you side load on JB?

No. Adobe will only allow it on the stock browser, not Chrome.

It is but you can download the ICS stock browser in JB through the market then manually download and install the flash APK to get flash in JB. It will never be available in Chrome mobile unless adobe make a big backtrack on their current policies.

not sure what I am missing, but not of the site I visit that is flash enabled, are working. Flash player 11.1 for android is installed and I have installed all browsers, but not load flash content... am i missing something?

i did try dolphin browser, although i see dolphin browser hd might have supported it.

Still working just fine in Boat Browser (you still need to install Adobe Flash though).
Problem is that they are going to pull (or already have) Adobe Flash from the Play Store - so if you don't have it, you won't be able to (officially) install it anymore.
However, those that already have it installed (or those who sideload it), should be able to continue to use Flash normally.
At least that's my understanding.

It should be working, re-install flash (and the browser?) perhaps.
got it working... for some reason play store did not indicate that my current flash version needs an update. once i done this manually, flash even works on the standard browser

Since Adobe is not supporting flash player for this tablet. Is there any way to get the flash player file and install it? I know android versions before 4.0 allow it to work. It really sucks not having one on here. Especially since football started.(GO BEARS!). I TRIED SO many browsers but none of them seem to work.

Does this link work for you? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.flashplayer&hl=en
I already had Flash from previous devices, so even though I just got my new Infinity I still saw its under my download list on Google Play and downloaded. Otherwise, you can always search for Flash 11.1 APK on google and simply install it manually.
Just in case you didn't know. To play flash you have to have the Flash plug in. Then several browsers that support flash start working after that plug in is installed. Exception is Chrome that does not support flash but stock, dolphin, firefox, opera etc. supports flash with the single common plug in.
You can always download directly from Adobe's site as well (it's under archived files or something like that).

I TRIED this link and was able to download the app and see it on my desktop. When I click the icon it takes me to the settings using a browser. But when the browser opens nothing comes up its a blank page. I also tried the first link with the Google app link. It takes me to the Adobe install area and I just keep hitting the install button but nothing happens. The install button just stays there.

did you click on this link? on your pc, click it, then in the top right corner select Download>Direct Download. Save it your desktop and then move it your memory card. Or, on your tablet, just click the link, and then download it. but which ever option you choose, make sure you save it to a memory card.
I used this link and was able to download it. I'm not sure if it's on the sd card or the tablet. I'm able to open flash pages but they are very pixelated. I'm not sure how to fix this. Also anytime I go to a flash enabled page it will ask me to click on an icon to enable flash. Then it will try to load the page but it will be pixelated. almost there just need a little more help. Thanks to everyone for their help

You can go to browser setting and plugin then select Always instead of On demand to make automatic loading of flash without extra click if that is what you prefer.
As for pixelated apperance, it is due to the fact you are running lower resolution video on full HD screen. You can either not make it full screen, or change the source to HD rather than probably default 480p or perhaps even lower 240p video.
Although I no longer have a Infinity you could try googling the Nexus 7 method and see if that works for your tablet.
The simplest method that I've found was to simply download the Adobe Flash apk from online then uninstall and re-download Dolphin browser mini. Make sure to download the mini version as the normal one no longer supports flash.
I use Yahoo's stat tracker for fantasy football. I attached some screen shots of what it looks like. I can't figure out what's going on. It's not a video so I can't change the resolution like someone suggested. I also go to pbskids.com so my son can play games. That too is pixelated. I can't get to stat tracker so no screen shot. I also have one of the Adobe setting page which is bad too.

Have you tried a different version of Flash? I have 11.1.115.17 loaded and don't get the pixelated screens like you do...

I did have the same pixelisation effect with flash. Even with the version mentionned anbove (you can get it on adobe website
The effect seems linked with Firefox since I have only with it (did not have it with maxthon or stock bowser)
I TRIED 11.1.115.17 and 11.1.115.16_4.0+ and still not working right. one site says I need at least version 10. Another site says I need a flash player. One of the version worked but was still pixelated. Any other ideas? could my tablet be bad? How do I change the dpi? maybe that might help.

We've been waiting for the 4.2 update , and now they did arrived. When tf300 has it's update, there is a seeing called launcher which can switch through the nexus-like launcher and the original. But when the update came to our infinity, it disappeared.
Is there ways to get back this feature?
(Anyone want it back?)

If you are running stock, I would say no. However sdbags I think may try to integrate into Cromi 4.0 but we will see. He has to get it running first and then tweak it. I assume ASUS will release another update in a month or so that will fix many bugs. ASUS though probably had reason not to include that, and could possibly be released in next update.

no root needed
I have a easy method, and you don't need root even.
1. Get a 3rd party launcher. I used adw
2. Add a new custom shortcut
3. Select activity.
4. Scroll down to settings and expand it
5. Scroll down until you see one that says switch launcher
6. Click on the new shortcut. And then it will bring you to the switch launcher setting!
7. It will ask for a restart and thats it.
I don't know why Asus hid this feature from us infinity users, but at least there is way around

Thanks for the tip.
Tried it and really like it. Feels less obtrusive compared to the standard launcher.
Also been having a few launcher crashes so hopefully this may remedy this.
Not noticed any lad or slow down yet, sees the same as the standard launcher in terms of speed. Noticed that the ADW launcher however made the whole thing much much speedier and responsive.
Anyone use a launcher regularly or the fact it's running over the standard launcher uses more battery etc?
