YES!!!
I successfully created my 1st custom ROM for the Spark Windows Phone with the new HSPL by cotulla
I used as a base this ROM:
RUU_Spark_HTC_Europe_1.20.401.00_Radio_5.54.09.21_22.33b.50.10U_NoDo_by_ansar
The custom build has the ability to be unlocked and to upgrade to MangoB2 thru zune
In my next build i will try to include mango and dfrouter for those not sync to zune
Thanks to my giant friends ervious, mamaic, bepe and cotulla
I hope to upload it today [edit: done] and some day to create an hspl too!!

ROM installation instructions
To install the ROM follow these steps:
- install RSPL and select your ROM version X.YY
- install HSPL
- unzip the downloaded zip file and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe

MangoB2 update instructions
To update in MangoB2 you must in your PC/Laptop:
- download my NoDo_Public_by_ansar.zip and Mangob2_Public_Trial_by_ansar.zip
- uninstall WPSupportTool-x86.msi or WPSupportTool-x64.msi and
- install Setup-UpdateWP-x86.exe or Setup-UpdateWP-x64.exe
- install StartZuneLocal.exe

MangoB2 Chevron unlock instructions
A. To retain Chevron unlock on MangoB2 in 7403 perform the following in windows phone:

- Uninstall Connection Setup after ROM flashing
- Sign in to Windows Live and
1. Run Marketplace, select HTC Apps and select Connection Setup
2. After relevant prompt Power off and then Power on your device
- Repeat above 1 and 2 to install Connection Setup
[End of optional steps]
- Deploy my Unlock_Mango_XBMODDeployer.xap
- Run XBMOD.Files.Deployer and uninstall it
- Deploy TouchXplorer.xap
- Run TouchXplorer and copy CustClear.provxml from My Documents\My Ringtones\ to \Windows
- Remember: do not run Connection Setup now
- Update to MangoB2 7403
- Now run Connection Setup
- Check that you are unlocked by running TouchXplorer
B. To retain Chevron unlock on MangoB2 7712 perform the following in windows phone:

- Uninstall Connection Setup
- Run Marketplace, select HTC Apps
- You maybe wait some minutes for Connection Setup to appear
- When Connection Setup appears install it
[End of optional steps]
- Deploy my Update_Mango_XBMODDeployer.xap
- Run XBMOD.Files.Deployer and uninstall it
- Run TouchXplorer and copy CustClear.provxml from My Documents\My Ringtones\ to \Windows
- Run Connection Setup
- Deploy my Unlock_Mango_XBMODDeployer.xap
- Run XBMOD.Files.Deployer and uninstall it
- Run TouchXplorer and copy CustClear.provxml from My Documents\My Ringtones\ to \Windows
- Remember: not run Connection Setup now
- Update to MangoB2 7712
- Wait for update to finish
- Now disconnect from usb cable and enter SIM pin
- Now run Connection Setup
- Check that you are unlocked by running TouchXplorer

Yes, I made it - MANGO 7220 works great, but I can not find the backup directory (Polish Windows 7).
"C: \ Users \ <user> \ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ Windows Mobile Update," - there is no path!
The second issue: whether this version will update the Mango through Zune? I'm in the Polish Orange and the phone I am with Vodafone GB (unlocked).

same for me win 7 64 bit - en(us) locale as main - there is no such directory anyway it works -
about zune - this version 7720 should update to mango final without any troubles - all that you need is updated zune client

[TOOL] Mass Apk Installer /system install [OSX Linux Windows] v2.2 Update 2/4/2017
Apk mass installer is back and better than ever. Many things have been going on and development of the app has left behind but the project has started again.
First of all new support for other OS have been implemented including Linux and Osx , Windows has already been supported since version 0.
Now mass apk installer can also make backup's of android phones backing up apks from phone. Backup's can also exported to a zip file and even encrypted with AES 256 bit encryption. Installing apk's to phone from zip and encrypted files is also supported
Also there is support to store apk info and metadata in sqlite database this feature is beta

This is damn funny.. an 'application' (Android) based on linux with a fancy wrapper/GUI and all these folks are making these really cool toys that are for... A WINDOWS MACHINE.

hello, how did you solve this problem ? i have same problem.
You have to use the "S" first to send the cab file to your phone which will generate an error but it's okay. Right after its done run the "B", the "B" will actually back up your phone which by the way will generate an error as well but all is good, your back up will show up in Zune.

i am new to this so any help would be great

UpdateWP has stopped working
here's what i did already:
downloaded and extracted all the 6 language packs for update to same folder as WP7 Update cab sender.
downloaded the update from 7740-8107 and extracted to the same folder as WP7 Update cab sender.
then ran the WP7 Update cab sender only to get the above error.
Have you installed WP7_update_tool.rar x86 or x64?
Don't extract the cab files. Just download and move them directly into the WP7 Update Cab Sender folder. Then run WP7 Update Cab Sender.bat

I have tried multiple times trying to install the WP7.8 upgrade package DL'ed via NaviFirm, but, while installing the package using WP7 Update Cab Sender, It keeps aborting. Can someone shed any lights as to what I had done wrong?

I am having htc explorer a310e plz tell me how to install rom in it and upgrad to android 4 in easiest way. For your info i am new to android world. I unlock bootloader and root my phone using super user. After this i done factor reset and now stuck on htc logo screen. Plz help me in repairing my device.

RESILVED
I resolved the issue by updating/upgrading the WP os to 7.8 by way of Nokia Care Suite.
I am now running WP7.8, will update with all the goods and bads of this new update.
