As far as you know you can, you can also try the telus galaxy note radio. I'm not sure if LTE would work with the 989 radio.

im not quite sure what you mean by "LTE would work with the 989 radio"
You'll have to use the blaze 4g radio, that'll work with cm9

The T989 lacks LTE so you can get the benefits of the Hercules modem and LTE if you flash the note modem. There's a thread on the i717 forums containing the telus modem here.
Here's the modded tellus modem from hercules, no LTE but works great at least for me http://sourceforge.net/projects/darksideroms/files/RADIOS/

I can install custom rom at&t (I997) in Rogers Infuse (I997R)?
and rom that works.
thanks a lot.
Rogers Infuse is identical (as far as I know) to AT&T Infuse.
I have used custom roms (MIUI, CM7, GSInfuse, Infused, Dlev, S7, Sensation and etc) in this forum on my Rogers Infuse.

Im currently upgraded to Rogers I727, and just have a few questions for you.
Are AT&T I727 and ROGERS I727 same?
Are they share the same rom?
Thanks!

the are the same device, but their stock roms are different
thanks!
I just flashed my Galaxy SII LTE (Rogers) following the instructions at this page.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1570498
It says: ICS rom for AT&T or Rogers. Everything works well except for one this.
This ICS rom was filled with AT&T app. I don't need those app and most of it can't be removed. Did i miss something?
It says at&t OR Rogers. Now i have a blended At&t/Rogers smartphone....wow.
Hey all,
I've been using my i727 Skyrocket unlocked on T-Mobile. But it has always been on Edge network for me. I read that this phone does not support T-Mobile band 1700/2100 so that's why it cannot have 3G/4G. Anyone in the same boat as me whose figured out how to get it working? Perhaps with a radio flash?
Thank you for reading!

It will depend on if you have an ICS or GB rom running currently. I have the I727 CM9 (ICS) unlocked/rooted on TMO too, and was able to finally get off edge running the Tmo_SGH-T879-UVLG3_radio.zip. Get 3G most of the time, and occasional HDSPA.
Make sure you have the stock radio before you do anything and make a back-up to be safe. Move the file to your sd card and load via CWM recovery.
If you are on a GB version I cannot help you, sorry.
Best of luck.

I'm currently working on getting Sky-ICS on my phone. After I successfully put it in, I will try the radio you mentioned. Gotta look for
That radio to download first
Thanks a lot for your help!
Hello I've been viewing for a while haven't posted cause I've had no real solid input or questions but after some in-depth searching for a few weeks I simply cannot find a way to get LTE with Telus and the skyrocket.
I don't want to flash the Telus radios in this area of the forums because it's made for the T989d. That radio will only give me HSPA+.
So I tired flashing the latest Telus S3 radio and for a while I was getting LTE fairly regularly except the baseband version in about still showed the original version for Rogers and I have no idea if it actually flashed.
I recently flashed Slim Bean 4.2.2 v4.2 and it's running great and so I went to flash the S3 radio again and about still doesn't show the new version, yet according to TWRP the flash was successful. I have yet to see LTE since flashing just "H" and "H+".
Is the S3 radio really any different from the skyrocket? and if so are there any Telus LTE compatible phones similar (WRT the radio) to the skyrocket that I can take a radio from?
Thanks in advance
