You may want to make that more clear in the first post as it looks like you are taking credit for the recovery module, not the install script.
Just a friendly suggestion.

Can someone explain the process of flashing. Rom on this phone?
The HTC sensation was really easy to use when flashing roms, just wiped and flashed.
For this phone it seems like more work
Can someone explain the basic steps to me please.
Also if theres a new radio or base I need to flash, etc...

It's easy
download Rom
Flash Rom
Flash boot IMG through fastboot ....
You need android SDK installed for fastboot and latest drivers for your phone .....there is video guides in the dev section on how to do this ....not hard
Also there is detailed instructions in pretty much every Rom thread

Enable smart flash from recovery...
S off not compulsory for installing custom Rom of same firmware..
Sent from my HTC Sensation using xda app-developers app
Yes, as Itsakash mentioned you need to have the smartflash option enabled in 4ext recovery. If you have cwm recovery just flash 4ext over it. See HERE
Can you please give me link to download gapp for JB?

Hi,
Yes.
Make a nandrooid backup.
Place ROM and Gapps on sd card, format all partitions (except sd card),enable smartflash, and flash ROM and Gapps straight away.
Thanks. One more question, did I really need to go s-off,if I could flashing roms with s-on?

you can flash any rom you want if you have always enabled first smartflash
the difference between S-ON and S-OFF is that in S-ON devices when flashing a rom it hasn't the ability to write the boot partition by itself(here is where it comes smartflash)
in S-OFF devices there is no need for that feature
that's why most of us with S-ON are using 4ext recovery(smartflash)

I had already flashed the TWRP recovery. It keeps taking me to the recovery.
I think i might have deleted the stock kernal when I accidently flashed the recovery in the kernal section. Any other suggestions?
Just flash Rom from twrp, fastboot flash boot.img from zip and it should work.

Just search for boot.img for ics. I'm sure its somewhere here on the forum. Then fastboot flash it with the all-in-one kit and then reboot phone.

Ok so i found the elemental kernal i think. I downloaded it. Do i extract it and just put the boot in the flash kernal section of the aio. Its the only file with boot.img I really dont want to mess this up more.
Elemental its for jb. Thatone won't work for you.

I couldnt find a stock one. I found the beastmode, i believe that is for ics. im exacting the file now.
Beastmode won't work, unless you already have a working boot.img Try, using kilns fusion ultimate kernel.
