i need help rooting ics with my nexus s i havnet updated mine to jb yet cuss idk if it will be any harder then ics
i have no idea to root the nexus s and im new at it there something like oneclick?

Yes. You have to be running a custom Rom, not stock. Using my phone and don't have the link, but just do a Google search for Google Now on ICS. There is a zip you download and flash I believe. I'm using it on Trickdroid with no problems.

I was trying to get out of flashing a rom. If I have to flash I'll just grab jb. I appreciate the answer though.
Just received an OTA update for Butterfly x920d as 1.19.707.1. Hope that this update is preparation step for next update with sense 5.
