Use champ's kernel kitchen tools dude. Here u can pack and unpack ftf files. Here is the link. Be on a linux environment for it to work flawlessly. A virtual machine would do.

I tried the method described but to no avail i get no boot when i flash the zip...
I am trying it with semcdebradengine kernel...

Sure its possible, if you need assistance you should always post full information:
Phone (modelnumber)
Bootloader/Firmware (is it unlocked)
Which recovery do you use?
Did a full wipe before flashing?
Which version of the Rom you want to install?
Which tools do you use?
Then its much mofre easier to figure out, what causes a problem.
Decompile your stock Framework-res.apk & Framework-res.apk from custom rom.
Move values-(your language) from stock to custom..
Ex:
Indonesian languange
/res/values-in
Russian
/res/values-ru
Search your languange..and move to custom rom framework-res.apk, then recompile
Alright guys, thanks for your help i dont really understand you i am kinda newbie, i gave phone to my friend he said he found here on forum some software which restore phone completly.
