I found this cover, its a lot like the one I had on my Inspire. But at $40 it is a little pricey, I was curious if anyone has come across a leather cover like this one at a more reasonable price? Its hard to find a leather cover without a flap over the screen.

When I bought my sensation I also bought the body glove case with the belt clip but as most of you know the case was leaving indentations on the back cover. Body glove sent me a replacement but the new ones fits very loose.
So which case do you guys recommend I purchase to replace my body glove case? I prefer hard cases over the soft tpu type cases everybody likes. I also prefer that the case has some sort of rubber or leather type material on the back. I may consider the two piece slider cases if it looks nice.
So I'm open to any suggestions. I haven't seen many threads about hard cases. Please if you can post a picture as well

I ordered a set. They're snap on cases, and doesn't protect the top/bottom, also they're flimsy Just a nice looking colored mesh back cover.
I was given one of those cases (the black one) for free by the woman (in China) I bought the phone from.. I looked and saw that dude on eBay has sold 66 sets of 4 cases for $9.99 each and given free shipping to all. I figured he's made $500 from all this because the cases only cost 5RMB each (like $0.80).. good work to him.. damn I need to move to HK haha

Wait for either Otterbox or Trident to release their cases. Ive had Otterbox previously and love their work and Trident cases look badass but havent used one yet, will probably by my next purchase when their available (1-2 weeks)

Looove the tough cases by them.
Although I wanted something different because I spent a long time with one on my nexus one... time to change it up.
Was gonna go for Incipio's similar hybrid style but they dont have it yet for the sensation
Anyone know of a case like the case-mate tough case or otterbox but on a budget? Can't afford to buy a $30-$49 case right now but I want something with protection, not a tpu case.

I got one of these off ebay. For $1.79AUD delivered I am very happy. Pretty good quality really. Protects the front and back and It has all the mic holes too.
It comes with a front piece and and a back piece that clip together.
Iv used the ROCK case, nice and slips on the easiest.
Ok, I've been looking for a leather case for a while now. I think I've searched all the web but have found nothing to what I am exactly looking for. I hate the flip cases and find them annoying (this isn't '99) and HATE TPU cases because of their extremely cheap feel.
I did find a gorgeous leather case that I am extremely interested in made by Zenus. Unfortunately, they make cases for all the wrong phones like the iPhone 4 and SGSII so far. I specifically would like to know about the power button. I had bad luck with the power button on the Seidio Surface Case so I'm worried about pulling the trigger on another case.

Did HTC even release a gel case for the HOX? I can't say I've seen one, other than stuff from other manufacturers

I video link took me to youtube front page. And the case looks so flimsy. You can find better on ebay. And cheaper.
I have the black one. Got it from att for $15.
It's your typical silicone case. Covers the phone well. Camera is protected.
But boy, this thing is an absolute lent and dust and you name it magnet. I know the black doesn't help since you can see everything but my goodness.
It feels good in the hands however. Definitely not worth $30. $15 is a bit much also but I will continue using it until I get a barely there case or something else comes out.
I have full body ghost Armor and may not even use a case at all.

Here is the gel skin i found on ebay. Had it for a while and love it. Not too bulky and offers good protection. And only spent 6 bucks.

Hi I've been a lurker for a while pyt this is my first post and I was wondering if anyone had good recommendations for cases with a frontlip for the one x. I switch from the iPhone 3gs and was using the incase slider that a had a really nice design and saved my phone many times. I was the wondering if anyone knows of a similar case that won't scratch my phone like the incase did.

Loving my Case-mate "Smooth" purchased from expansys. Semi-rigid with a great hand feel. Recommended. No cutout for the contacts on the back though.

I did see that case I how big is the lip on the front. And does it feel cheap at all or does it collect a lot of lint because those are my only problems with some gel and tpu cases.

Feels very well made, fits tightly. You might have a tiny struggle getting it on at first, but you'll manage. The lip over the sides comes just far up enough to cover the seams on the glass. And because of its rigidity, it doesn't buckle to reveal the seams. I'm very satisfied with it.
One flaw I found - and it's been on both units I purchased - was a little unfinished cutting on the bottom edge of the camera lens cutout. Probably something in manufacturing where they cut it from the mold or whatever. It bothered me enough to get a return authorization, but it dawned on me (again) that life's too short to give a crap about ridiculous things like this so I never returned it. In fact, I bought the second unit for a buddy of mine instead.

I bought the Incipio Feather and NGP. The feather is going back the NGP is staying. This is a somewhat overpriced but well made and well fitting TPU case (semi-soft). Feels much more secure in my hand and less likely to slip than the Feather, though admittedly not as sleek. the Speck cases on the iPhone seem to offer good protection, but the only ones I saw in the AT&T store were ugly red and bright blue, I am not a teenager, no way I am putting one of these on my phone.
The official purple TPU case is pretty good for that but I'm not sure if I'm a huge fan of its appearance.
Cimo TPU case from Amazon is pretty good. Nice lip and good grip on the edges. Plus it was only $8 when I bought mine

So what I'm really wanting to do is use the belt clip as a car dock. Awhile back I read on here at xda that someone just took one of there cases and put Velcro on the back to stick it to the dash...well I have basically the same idea but with the holster instead, since I don't really use a belt clip. Anyway I just figured I'd ask to see if anyone has said case/holster and if they like it o and I wanted to share my idea lol

And although the seller says it only goes in one way it WILL go in both and the case itself is pretty nice, it doesn't protects screen at all though which I'm not worried about cuz it's gonna stay in my car. It does fit pretty snug once u get the plastic price one overall I am very pleased with my purchase and as soon as I can get this Velcro to stick to my dash I'll post some pics!
EDIT: ok so the corners of the white rubber aren't snugg at all its only snugg along the top, bottom and sides where the hard plastics wraps around but I'm still happy

Ok so here is my official short term use review
The case itself is snugg around the sides so it won't pop off easily the top is kinda loose bit the power button is still easy to press. It doesn't add a lot of bulk to the phone and is very "pocketable" while in case more so than with my ballistic case but it isn't nearly as protective as the ballistics. I would say this case gives u 1mm of lip on the front. The kickstand seems pretty sturdy, it locks in open position. If u don't hear it snap into position it will possibly close up on you if u were to bump a table hard. It does stay closed in the case very well so it won't flop out on u. Volume buttons are easy to press as well and all the holes for ports and camera and such line up nicely
The holster is very sturdy as well the case snaps right in and seems like it would be hard to make it just fall out. THE CASE DOES FIT BOTH WAYS IN HOLSTER although I don't think it was designed to it does fit and the belt clip is very sturdy, hard to open in fact lol.
So i hope this review suffices. I'm sorry I couldn't put all this on OP but I was having difficulty uploading from phone.
If mods would like to rearrange things I don't mind a bit lol if anyone has questions feel free to ask!
Edit: so it seems the easiest way to get this puppy on and off is to leave the two pieces together and slip phone in and also it is much easier to press the power button if u come from the back and press kind off forward
Overall I'm liking my new case worth every bit of 8.50$ and a neat little trick with the holster is I put a piece of foam in the clip so now my whole phone is angled right at me
EDIT: the holster and my ballistic case fit together almost better than the rhino case lol! That makes me doubley happy! Hahaha
