Its the same with tapatalk, which is also having problems like this and some more ones, they probably took down the search utility for a while and it should be back up shortly

Yes you can but you still have to press enter/search on the keyboard.

Excuse my lack of the search feature. I'm looking for a to do list App that has sticky notifications that don't move from your status bar until you complete / check. It. Since Astrid is being shut down, I need a new one. I've tried 10+ on the android market and can't find one. I'd appreciate the help, thanks.
