Can we get a search function?

Seems that xda could benefit from having a forum search function. It might cut down on redundant threads here and in the dev section. :homer:

the forum does have search.
Top of the page is usually where it is.

On the XDA app it's under the More tab

Ok how about a search function for more specific. As in when you search for say prl, you can specify to search in the thunderbolt forum and not the whole xda forum depository.

Just open the Thunderbolt forum then search. It searches down through the tree.

Ya caught me. Based on my post count you can tell I ask a ton of questions instead of using the search.

Does anyone know if we can copy a comment from a friends wall and Paste it under our own. I've tried long pressing the comment but no luck.

Not that im aware of, the only way I can think of is if you where to copy and paste but I didn't see an option for that.

xda premium app search it's horrible...

Hello,
I just wanted to say that the indexing for search on the xda mobile app for android is sad it doesn't matter how I word it it never finds at least something remotely close to what I was looking for...
On the other hand if I do a search on Google or in my PC I find everything on xda... something that needs attention.

Bump for more.....

XDA is using Tapatalk but branded so the same search result app in tapatalk is in XDA app. Tapatalk need to upgrade their search functionally better so will XDA app.

Well then since this thread = 90% flame and trolls here comes the lock. As to the OP XDA app is based on Tapatalk. Both app shares the same search function and yes it sucks. I would recommend using browser to test (even then not great but better).

Halo launcher ICS clone for us poor charge users

Today I found an awesome light launcher that doesn't affect speed or battery that much and its called halo launcher. Feels just like ICS. Hope u guys like it.

Flip off button

I think there should be a flip off button just like the thanks button. Lol.
After reading a previous thread I felt there should be a flip off button, it would save on rants and I would love to see the members that scored the highest.
