SugarSync... 5GB online storage FREE!

I was looking through the development thread and saw this app, well since it doesn't belong in there, I figured I'd start a thread here
-This is an app similar to Dropbox. Difference? it offers 5GB online storage, compared to 2GB
I just started using it, but so far it works great....

Then search for SugarSync in the market, and u can easily download files to your phone and/or sync entire folders easily.... it works really well.

Yep. There's an app. Search for SugarSync all one word.

I put this info n january and and moderators took it off..! they said that was against xda developers rules..! lol..!!!!!!!!!

Lol idk....
But this app is pretty neat, it works great for syncing music pics, and my android stuff folder between my PC and my phone. I had barely used dropbox because of the little space available, but this is a different story
And I even won a $25 gift card! Haha

[Q] Lots of FC's using XDA forum app

I'm really getting a LOT of FC's when I'm using the XDA forum app...is anyone getting these?

Yes I had them too, I stopped using it.

It's because they havent updated the free version. The paid version has been upgraded and doesnt FC. Tapatalk is better though as it lets you use other forums as well, although not as cheap.

I do have tapatalk...but the only reason that I don't like it is that I can't figure out a way to go right to the XDA forum...I usually have to search, then choose it...etc...
?

Still trying to see any benefit for this app, appears to handle functions either supporting directly in Android or with many other apps that are not as much of a drain on the battery. Glad it works great for others, i am passing on installing it myself (doesn't mean i didn't purchase for free in case later updates improve the performance ).

Wow that pop up play is just like "stick it" in the app store. Did Samsung get the idea from them? Stick it is incredible as well along with overskreen.

Pretty vague, and when you click on the link, it downloads automatically. Not usually a good practice in this neighborhood.

Apparently not. It looks like it's a functional, standalone .apk. Gallery and Camera are both working fine.
EDIT: Just tested and even Photosphere is working.

Got it to work here. No voice pic though. Still cool. I'm going to use it for a while and see what comes of it

i see it this morning and i download to try it... i've the skyrocket with cm 10.1.0, at first this don't install, but then i unistall the galery.apk with the titanium backup and try again this .apk and it works.
the menu desing it's like the spoilers showed us, the photosphere take the picture but when it tries to save the apk stops.

Rumor that Google is going to put a Camera app on the Play Store now.

Got it working as well. Took a bit of fiddling. Haven't tried photosphere. I also notice I don't get HDR mode (don't miss it), and the Scene options are off (the description doesn't match the help text). The thumbnail post-pic is a nice touch.

What rom and device is this from? Because it's not from Galaxy S4, too much of a AOSP taste to it.

I believe it's from the Google Edition S4 or HTC One.

It's from the S4 Nexus Edition-the one with Vanilla Android on it.

Most probably? No they are correct there's no mistaking it there are only a couple phones it could have come from.

works fine on miui. moved to system/app renamed to Gallery2.apk. changed permissions. everything works. even have 2 galleries. the miui gallery and google edition gallery
