Hi everybody!
I'm a new user in this forum, at first excuse me for my bad english .
I've got a SE Xperia Ray (Sti 18) and I come from stock SE ICS 4.0.4; recently I've installed Fxp 206 Rom and kernel. Yesterday morning they've upload a newer version (Fxp 207). My question is: can I get the newer version OTA as an upgrade form Settings->About phone->Cyanogenmod upgrade?????
Hope someone has an answer. Sorry if I ask something yet solved!
I'M A NOOB

I think it will work only if the ROM (CM) has any update. Not exactly sure though. You can get more info if you post this in Xperia Ray Section. Google can get you the link.
Hit thanks if I've helped you.

I don't know if I can post this in the Ray section because I'm new in the forum and I read I can only write in Q&A section.....

I agree with Sony... Xperia J is "old" device, they need to focus on new one. We must be happy,we get 3.4 kernel and JB. Isn't this enough for a phone like is Xperia J (with just 1ghz,375mb of ram,blablabla..) ? :cyclops:
If u don't like it,buy new phone.
Who is now porting Stock 4.3
E1spec
Android 4.3
512 mb ram
1.2 ghz dual core 8210
XL spec
Android 4.2
1 gb ram
1 ghz dual core 8230
So,is this possible to port?

1. Nobody as far as we know.
2. Probably.
Please ask some expert to do it
it would be great to offically run 4.3 on Xperia L
I guess nobody will ever port stock 4.3 from Xperia E1 to Xperia L becuase there's only slight amount of difference between 4.2.2 and 4.3..
We will soon have Android 4.4 by way of Cyanogenmod 11..
Soon? You're kidding, not gonna happen, ever, seen so many senseless debates on that, just be happy with 4.2.5

Here's your CyanogenMod 11
varun.chitre15 is working on one too
Bugs
Deep Sleep --> Fixed in various kernels (ThunderZap & Phantom)
GPS --> Fix by Brinly
Internal Storage --> Fixed by varun.chitre15 in ThunderZap
Bluetooth --> A bit more complicated, devs are working on that. Including myself.

Who knows, maybe in the future. Chances are 'slim'
At least Sony gave us the AOSP binaries.

[emoji25]...Now there is another thread to blame someone for no reason at all. Because being polite is obviously something of the past. And waiting is just as bad too.

I find out that it's really easy to port a rom from another device so I will try making it by my self. Just need to download 4.3 FTF from XM.

Is there anyone able to make a flashable zip ? As I'm getting error Status 7 for all the time in CWM... Can't flash it and test it if it works.
Hello XDA! I have seen some other threads similar to this, but, i really want some new information on the 1.0.B.4.80 update for Sony SmartWatch 2, as all of you SmartWatch 2 owners do, but the lack of info that sony are giving is shocking! I am surprised by this! sony is a big-boy company with some of the best tech there is! if you get any new information, please post it here <3
Thanks.
I don't like waiting for updates. Sony should expedite or they should make it open for Devs
