[Q][Help] -"Unfortunately, com.android.phone has stopped" rooted with CM9 - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

I am rooted and using CM9 with baseband i535VRLF2
Earlier today, my phone lost signal and upon restart i got a "Unfortunately, com.android.phone has stopped" error.
So I flashed baseband i535VRLG1 and still nothing.
I have no mobile signal and I kinda stumped.
Ideas?

[Q] com.android.phone loop

I reflashed 2.3.4 ROM and now I keep getting com.android.phone infinite loop that keeps asking me to force close. No service obviously. Any help?
Only way to stop this is by enabling Airplane mode.
Edit: Solved.
I had to do a factory reset. I think installing Netarchy 2.3.3 ROM kernel on Android 2.3.4 ROM caused problem.. I'm not sure.

After flashing rom, errors pop up! help!

Hey guys, I'm lazyb0ne and recently, I've flashed the Insertcoin Evolution 2.2 and I started to have these error popping up continuously. "Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped." I tried formating my sdcard and even deleteing facebook. But it just didn't work. My old rom was a Insertcoin Ice Cream Sandwich and it worked perfectly. But as I tried the Evolution, it just started to have these problems. Please help!

[Q] "android.process.media has stopped", fresh install of CM 10.2.0

Yesterday I installed CyanagenMod 10.2.0 (Stable) on my HTC One S. When the phone started up under CM for the first time I was greeted with the error message "Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped". This error has persisted, jumping up repeatedly as I try to use the phone, and the Gallery, Camera and other apps crash due to it.
I can prevent the error message by disabling the "Media process" app in settings, but this is less than ideal as it prevents the Gallery and other photo apps from seeing any of the photos on the phone.
The phone was previously running the stock HTC ROM.
I have tried resetting the phone repeatedly, wiping every possible thing that can be wiped in the Recovery mode, but to no avail. I have also tried installing CM 10.1 instead, but the same problem is present.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem could be here? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

unfortunately process com.android.phone has stopped

I tried to dial the # and I got this message unfortunately process com.android.phone has stopped
now every time I hit ok it comes back - after 3 times phone reboots and starts over the same message.
Phone is stock - just got updates OTA it is Global version
please advise if anyone had same issue and possible resolution. I checked some solutions from GAlaxy s2 and 3 but all of them require phone to actually work - I cant get to settings
thank you
Well i had the same problem after flashing many different roms. My mistake was forgetting to wipe to factory reset before flashing. Maybe this will solve your problem too.
Having this issue as well!
This started happening to me this morning. I am running CM12 Nightlies. I tried factory resetting...still happens. I tried everything. I even tried fastboot flashing the device to 100% stock...the first time I booted up after flashing stock and locking bootloader....the phone says "Unfortunately, the process com. android. phone has stopped". EVEN AFTER A FULL FLASH BACK TO STOCK UNROOTED 4.4.4!
HELP PLEASE!
