No. That's up to you. I may like one which you won't like, you may like one which I don't like, etc. It's based on user preference.

But there should be a popular one also amongst most of the users. Is there any?

Yes, there will be. Just go to your devices android development section and look at the rom thread with the most views/replies.

Yah it mostly depends on your interest,,,but to me cm9 rom would be cool it is more customizerable and great features to

A search would have told you all you needed to know. There is best Tom. Only best for you. Each Tom will run differently on each device. Depending on user set up and the phones hardware. Thread closed

Webpage Needed

Hi. I was just wondering if anybody knew the official Samsung webpage that you have to sign in to to get all your ROMs from. I have tried Googling it but couldn't find it. Thanks for your time.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
I don't think it's official, but do you mean samfirmwares.com?
Thank's dude. That's the one I was looking for.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium
What the hell? I just went to samfirmware.com and the webpage that I wanted wasn't there. Did they change it to this crappy site where we can no longer get our ROMs anymore?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium

I think it's more about it being an older phone and falling under the Legacy title. Either way, it's here because the Admins wanted it here, and this thread doesn't need to be here.

J-tag tryouts! 4.1.2 international

Here is the link. It is a file you have to flash in Odin, so if any devs want to make this into a ROM I would be pleased to see one.
Edit: found out this was international version, that is why link is gone. If anyone wants the international link please PM me. Sorry guys...

YES! THIS IS TO BE USED BY DEVELOPERS ONLY.
Regular Joes should not touch this unless you know what you are doing.

Point of clarification.
i9300 zipped rom flash = Most likely just a soft brick
i9300 full Odin tar = Dead phone

Also agreed...however trying them all does not mean going into the development threads & complaining about things that don't work... every rom has some issues that are either being worked on or are things that can't be fixed & you just have to deal with in order to have 98% better then the stock version of your phone that Samsung has abandoned...so read read read & then read some more about the rom you're installing so you know what to expect & don't get people upset with questions that shouldn't be asked in the dev threads

Delete the rom zip file from your sd card for the one you don't want. Go to the development section for the new rom you want.

Okay for the sake of argument let's say your serious about this, let's call the first ROM X and the second one Y. If your running ROM X simply use something like ES File manager and delete ROM Y. If you want to run ROM Y then flash it and delete ROM X. Real simple oh and by the way read more just my two cents
