Also agreed...however trying them all does not mean going into the development threads & complaining about things that don't work... every rom has some issues that are either being worked on or are things that can't be fixed & you just have to deal with in order to have 98% better then the stock version of your phone that Samsung has abandoned...so read read read & then read some more about the rom you're installing so you know what to expect & don't get people upset with questions that shouldn't be asked in the dev threads

Yea optimus....its like cm7 from that they are both built from source....but all AOSP i9000 roms wont work correctly on the infuse no matter what you do....but i will take a look at a few..

i know this is the uber development place, but i have searched and googled, basic question, i see the i9000 roms, how, in simple terms, do you have a bot "build" the source for the infuse 4G, are their any instructions or a site that i can read up on this?

Because Whitehawkx moved on to a new phone. Then Kwes took over but then he moved on as well. So unless you can find a dev that can take over, it's probably dead. But it's still a good ROM.

Theres only 2 kernels for cm9 the default and InstigatorX and his is the best you can find it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1721235 it has flashing instructions enjoy

No those scripts are only for old versions you can set the governor with programs like rom toolbox or systemturner
