Sprint TV v1.0.4.32 Update

I have seen several posts regarding this problem so I decided to make a thread to help out.
If you are having trouble updating to the new Sprint TV v1.0.4.32, look in the OP of my ROM for a flashable update zipfile that should solve your problems.

Worked for me, thanks buddy.
I know you said I could flash right over the old one....but I had already deleted it but it still worked.

How do I install this ?

Reading from the Sprint website in the "Digital Lounge" and then "my content manager", it says there is an update but....."you own rights to this item but this item is no longer compatible with your device" (HTC EVO)

I'm having a problem updating too. Can someone explain better how to fix.

Is the app fixed in the Rom your running or do u still have to run flash the zip after the Rom flash?

It is not fixed in RevE2, but will be updated in RevE3.

Is there anything to watch besides clips of shows?

Link has been removed as I updated it in my latest ROM and is no longer needed to be fixed.

Just grab the apk from my F1 ROM and replace the one you have with it.

[Patch] G2X pre-dexopt Apr: 26

This download is a tweak for T-Mobile G2X (NOT Optimus 2X) STOCK ROMs. Always do a backup in ClockworkMod Recovery first!
This fix pack includes my fix for the LG 'pre-dexopt' issue only. For me I found that - after an initial slow boot (where the dex files are created) - this made the device run more smoothly in general use. Share your feedback!

Thank you! Just installed. I no longer have the ridiculous lag when adding an app shorcut when using the "add" in the menu of adw launcher. Scrolling also seems faster. Thanks again!
edit: after 1 hour of use it's becoming apparent that this is a very significant fix. there is a very noticeable difference in speed and responsiveness throughout the rom. also, download the zip using a computer as it doesn't download correctly when using your phone

No, don't wipe. This is not a rom, it's a patch for the stock rom.

Yeah, you could extract, copy manually and reboot.
BTW, no wipe is needed, it's just 1 patched file.

If you read about CM before installing, you'd know that it doesn't come with GApps and you have to install it yourself...

I'm not sure that just the radio has been posted itself, might not get posted in here since this thread is to provide files for chefs and devs.

I believe Baadnewz already stated that the radio was the same as the one from the previous 709.1 dump which he posted. He is not posting it again. Go to this thread link and a flashable zip for that radio is provided.

Does anyone know why cir.img which was in the 701 firmware was removed from 401?
It has also been reported the hboot in this package has a different md5 checksum than the previous 2.17 FW hboot but has the same build number of 1.54. Anyone have any ideas on either?

And I wanna say the changelist number of 2.24.401.1 is the same as that of 2.24.709.1. I doubt htc only changed some numbers in xmls, props, etc.

Someone can provide a flashable zip with stock recovery?
I want to get future otas but i installed a custom recovery..( im on stock 4.2.2 with stock kernel, done via OTA)

cant flash roms?

i must be stupud?? but noob question i have a rogers razr hd which i unlocked the bootloader and installed latest twrp recovery. but i cant seem to flash any roms? keeps giving me failed errors? am i missing a step?

i keep getting a damn status 7 cant mount system. tryed cwm and twrp and different roms for the gsm razr hd

help?? ive returned back to stock firmware but i'd love to try out the kitkat roms but i cant seem to install any roms...

I do not use twrp much & this is the 2nd mention that I have ever seen, & a more detailed hint/description of this trick. The op on this thread may apply to you also but this Quote & my Question is my point-that the clearing of the errors in twrp lets you continue the flash with out leaving recovery! I have never tried it.
