Hey guys I went ahead and flashed cm9 and lost Google play is there a way for me to get it back on my phone so I can download apps thanks
If you read about CM before installing, you'd know that it doesn't come with GApps and you have to install it yourself...

If you go to the CM9 thread there is a link to the gapps below the rom link

hmmm I like golauncherex but I don't compile one with this launcher because they have much promotional widgets by default. But it's a good idea. Thank you.

you did a clean install? I have done a clean install as explained by the post and have not had FC joined the people of HTCMania not been reported to FC on google play
Flashed this rom last night and it's great.
I've always had problems with MIUI roms for some reason but this one works perfectly.
This rom looks very good but is there French language ?
Would like to try the rom,but the whole point for me is to have the Miui launcher with Muiu rom,not Adw...maybe put an extra option in the next batch for users to choose from adw or miui launcher???

I was poking around xda-developers and found pilev said he lost his google play store.So I re-archived fjfalcon's cyanogenmod 9 and added the google play store.Download the attachment and put it in the update folder of your OR. Requires root!I will post the link in a comment.

You can build cm9 by yourself and fix all bugs you may find. It's opensource, so you can make it =)

After flashing latest 20120429 gapps for CM9 and clear cache, reboot and it works! :victory:

I have same experience/problem, thats why for now Im back with stock rom milestone xt720, is anybody here who has a better custom rom for milestone xt720? Ive tried a lot, but each has a problem, thanks a lot everyone:good:
