Someone already asked this question and as stated most people have an android because we want android not a port of ios, but if you want an apple look use MIUI and apply a theme.

Well first of, I came from Steve Jobs families since its release. As android getting alot of attention and community supports. I make the jump last year when Vibrant came out... boy that was a nightmare for my first android experience that's where XDA community came and help me out on Vibrant but at that time had no experience in android period so i return Vibrant and opted for HTC Glacier. And it's only release in US. Basicly im just stoke about Sensation releasing world wide. That means more development just like HD, HD2 etc.

Hey everyone tonight I am going to be switching over to the sensation. Unfortunately right now the xda app on my phone works but my browser doesn't so I can't search for the answer myself. Anyways, has anyone heard about miui plans for the sensation in the future, mainly if it even plans on being ported over? Thanks for answering and can't wait to join the sensation community

Presumably once cyanogenmod makes it to the sensation then MIUI should follow shortly thereafter. MIUI is a derivative.

Wtf another miui build canceled what happened this time ? The only thing this drama does is affect development for our phones just stop ugh I know it won't :/ well I didn't want to make a thread for this but I wanted to try Frankensteins build is it possible for someone to post the link here since he removed it or is it not allowed ?

I keep saying this, but no one listens. Wait until CM7 open the sensation source branch and them we will definitely get a miui build (not a port), and there won't be any of this kanging drama/**** going on.

Yeah, it is very sad because I've been craving MIUI since I bought my phone... It made me fall harder in love with my Nexus One!

I know this will probably inspire a lot of flaming, but I really don't care about others opinions. I'm interested in porting a touchwiz rom and need some good advice as which phone to port from, and blah blah blah onwards. Anyone have some pointers?

Yeah, this is the same launcher I've tried before and it's way too buggy for me to use. It won't add widgets or remove shortcuts without crashing. That was why I'd rather just build a touchwiz rom that way the launcher isn't really much of an issue

touchwiz is FAR from AOSP.....
it is as intertwined with framework, drivers, and dependencies as sense is.
i just dont see it happening on this device.
Lovely..... Touchwiz launchers hate me and we can't port it. Looks like I'm stuck with sense.

Sell your inspire on ebay/craigslist and buy a galaxy s 2 if you like touchwiz so much.
Yeah right. XD couldn't get enough to buy a gs2 to save my life. Too many low ballers. I'll just wait on the nexus prime I suppose.

Right now Bruce is just focusing on getting the ROM to be stable first. After that, then little things like CRT animations could find their way in.
Yeah that's true. Can't be too much more till its stable now though I'm running the latest version and I'm yet to find any faults!
