I'm guessing this is a dpi/screen size issue. Our screens are more of a 16:9 view (not sure if that's exact, just saying it seems that way). Personally, that's one of the only things I don't like about the phone. I miss the wider screen on my HD2, same as the Desire HD. Maybe that has something to do with it? Try playing with DPI settings, or use Spare Parts and check/uncheck compatibility mode, that used to fix screen app screen issues on the HD2. It doesn't bother me that much so I'm not gonna mess with it too much, but you can :highfive:

Anybody using this? Worth keeping or not? Ive only been running it a few hours myself. While exploring the app i found something interesting though..

These three images are from the same (scrollable) info screen. Towards the bottom youll see a time stamp of build. Odd? Does anyone else's say this or am i running some seriously outdated s#@t?

I use it for the signal and battery Widgets. Hide the notification bar. I've liked it for the last two months.

I have cyanogenmod 7 latest version installed on my HTC inspire and having trouble with alot of the marketplace android apps. Says my device is not compatable. Some of the apps are Facebook and any of the office apps as well. Does this have anything to do with the Roman I installed? Any suggestions?

Is probably the dpi of your device. Had that issue before. Use Root Explorer and go to System - edit Build.prop to a DPI of 240. If its set to less it'll give that error.

I tried that already. Still not working.
After you change the dpi back to 240
Did you reboot and clear market cache.

I made this splash image last night just playing around and it came out kind of neat. Though I would share it with community since you have all shared so much in the past, present, and future.

That's interesting. The screen shot shows up via the xda app, but not via my browser
Strange.. I will reattach the image and see if it fixes it.

Hey fellow XDA'ers and Moto G owners,
I was wondering if I'm the only one who's able to spot a display hinge? It's very noticable when looking from an angle and when the content shown on the display is white (e.g. google chrome). It is in the botom right corner of the screen.
I already returned it to the store and they said I'm right. It's not normal for it to be there. They sent it back to Motorola and I got the device back after 3 weeks saying it should be fixed, but it's still there.
Here's the best pic I could take:

So anyone with the same problem? And should I return it to the store once again?
Sent from my XT1032 using XDA Free mobile app
This ain't a hinge, it's just a bit of an uneven lighting. I've checked mine and there is one there too, just very very hard to spot.
Probably there is nothing wrong with your display, just you being too picky?
Yes I'm quite picky hahah. But it just got me wondering what it is, because everytime I browse with Chrome it's there because of the white background.

This annoying pink line, about 2dpi in width, just popped up in my edge panel. It runs down the whole thing and never goes away. Even when i reboot into recovery. I've restarted the phone, factory resetted it, etc. but it's still there. The funny thing is it doesn't show up on screen shot. I'll get a pic with another device and post it when i can. Anyone have a fix? Is there a code i can put in the dialer to get to screen settings?

But it's not there in screen shot
If it doesn't show up in a screenshot, and it still turns up in recovery etc it's probably safe to say it isn't a software problem sorry seems like a hardware issue
Thats definitely a screen issue not software. Your display might have been hit/dropped but either way its physical damage.
Sorry..
That's what i thought. Ugh
