Do we need to flash a gapps package? Or is everything already in the rom?
sounds amazing will be testing soon. i wonder if it is works with intext4+ well?

first delete system/etc/init.d/40a2sd,then add your a2sdx

You can use ad2sdx.someone test it.unzip it，and use re explorer to copy the 40ad2sdx to system\etc\init.d.Remember to change the permissions.
i tried this rom with cronmod A2SD++. It's too lagy for me & home button didn't work. Did not try w/out a2sd script, maybe much smooter w/out it. Thanks for your hard work but i'm switching back to 2.3.30 gb.
I'm trying it right now with A2SD+, it feels OK. My home button works, my overral impression is good, smooth, a bit under other jb roms, but almost the same of VJ's miui rom. Maybe a bit better though.
I needed to install the play store, even if i was able to configure my Google account.
I stay with this rom at the moment.
Someone knows if Xaomi will release jb 4.2 miui soon ? Then, this rom will have the benefit of lastest evervolv team work.

As far as I know miui is closed source. The only way to translate (the texts) it would be apktool but I don't think that the algorithm and the engine could be changed.

Hi , i have by mistake deleted vending.odex from system/apps . I'm using stock sense 3.5 Rom . Anybody pls using same Rom post Ur vending.odex file over here. I'm having fcs ever since I have deleted .odex file. Pls help

No. I dont have nandroid backup it was deleted while I was partitioning my card using com recovery , if i had nandroid backup , i wouldn't have posted my prob here . Btw , if Ur on stock Rom then pls post Ur vending.odex file here. I guess if Ur on Any gingerbread Rom , it would work , so pls if u have then post it here or pm me.

Well most people here are for get new or better roms for his devices, so most people like me don't have stock rom to get the file you need.
But maybe you have luck :fingers-crossed:, if you can wait.

Can a ruu be opened as a zip?
I thought it's not possible...
And jaggy Rom will not help..coz it's deodexed to begin with..

Tell you what..
Step 0. Make a nandroid backup
Your market is probably updated..
Your updated market (may have a different name.. )will be in /data/app
While your original market (vending.apk will be in /system/app)
Make a copy of data /app market in /sdcard.
Now delete both vending.ask in system and in data/app.
1 Fix permissions, wipe cache and dalvik cache
Reboot
2.Now put the updated market (of which you have a backup in sdcard) in /data/app using fx file manager
Give it permissions rw r r
3.Using fx file manager create symlink of that updatedvending.apk in /system /app
If you have enough space in /system (skip step 2 and 3), you can just copy that updated apk to system/app itself..
Repeat step 1
Please do google and test every bit and no silly questions without research.

V2 expected changelogs:
1) Themed by me
2) Added a number of scripts
3) Replaced buggy apps like the dialer
4) Based on MiniCm9 instead of Cm10 (I'll make a Cm10 version too if you guys want)

Some time ago, CyanogenMod received a notice from google, to not include play store and other google apps/frameworks with their custom roms.. They made a point not to let anyone include their absolutely basic apps with a custom rom..
Ever since then, gapps have been circulating in different zips..
And including paid apps in a rom zip is considered as warez here at xda...

here is the desi solution.. make an other account ofcourse with a fake name.. upload the rom with gapps there when people start asking questions just disable the account

Guys my internet died. God wants me to study for my exam I guess because they will come on Saturday to fix the Internet. Alright thanks for the pointer, I'll remove the gapps and no worries, no paid apps included. So sorry to keep you all waiting but my Internet sucks, even the 2g lol.

Guys I might have missed out putting the Noozy music player apk. You can download it from any site except Google Play. Mounts2sd script is working but do NOT USE THE MOUNTS2SD MARKET APP AS IT CAUSES BOOTLOOPS!

Hello i got problem when trying install custom rom Jellybam or CM10.1.
Instalation aborted error set : perm
Could you help me solve this problem?:crying:

Open the META-INF folder in both port and base roms. There will be the folder update script .open that in both roms .copy the set perm codings from port and paste them into base roms update script via notepad.still problem appears i don't know after.

I think the problem is solved. I changed the Clockwork recovery to TWRP and install JellyBam worked.
Affirmative. Cyanogenmod also be installed.

but when i used gapps.. means google apps. so its lagg my device.
even some apps. like wechat, facebook messenger not downloading..
i flashed too time.. but i found same error..
i love my pico.. but i cant decide to flash rom..
please help me .. or suggest me some roms.
or memory script.

Ya its same for the pico. But I found one way . it worked for me now I even can play FIFA 14 in my pico . hope it works for u too.

Bro.. i have checked all roms not cm11.
according to me its a latest verrsion of cyanogen . so it will laggs more..
and it has too many feature which pico cant handle and its will work like a tortoise.
so thats why i didnt download..
after you im trying and hope it will be best rom for me.

AS you said you want ICS only :
This is the most stable ICS rom and this is still being most stable and many ppl still use : CM 9.1 Official thread
There is a build 15 as well but not mentioned : CM 9.1 Build 15
There is no inbuilt script so you need to flash the script or you can copy paste it in etc folder.
If you dont know how to copy paste script and list of scripts : Check here
As you said the downloads stop in between you need int2ext remember int2ext not int2ext+..

Either use titanium backup app to backup all apps with data or backup rom in recovery and use nandroid manager app.

Yes it has memory increase script...just choose in aroma installer the memory increase kernel, and yes it's working with ext2, ext3 and ext4
