Unfortunately, probably not. However, if you give me a link to the themed Phone.apk (or the ROM that has the one you want) I will port it for you. I updated the Phone.apk and Contacts.apk for SeanZ and it's currently in his update for the ROM.
For completeness, I can also use the themed Contacts.apk (they typically work as a pair) and port the entire dialer and calling screen (or which ever pieces you want)

I was wondering if there is a Epic4g based theme for the hero? I really envy the Epic's status bar/icons also the blue applications status bar, is there anyway I could flash those to my CM6.1 hero? Thanks

I would go to the Epic forum and ask the Impaler747 if he might have plans to. I know he's working on a n appfor all phones for some status bar mods.Don't know tho how in depth it is.FYI
two point blue has alot of galaxyS framework in it, if not im pretty sure somebody made a galaxyS theme not to long ago i dont know if it was ever ported to CM6.1 Stable
Heyy well I had a rom based on the epic dump with all the framework and all so if you want it ill give it to you its really good but its based on an old version of CM 6.1 nightly of October 25th if you want it tell me
Did you theme all the apps or just some, if you list the ones you modified I should be able to port it to the stable 6.1 pretty easily, if not it will just take forever to port but I can still do it

What themes from the Desire HD work for the Inspire or what should I look for in a theme to make sure it works?
all themes should be fine. Unless a theme is for a specific rom. just remember you can't flash a theme over a rooted ATT stock rom unless it has been deodexed
When I asked this, it was before all the Desire HD Roms came in the Inspire sectiion. I already flashed the Revolution Rom and now deciding which Theme.
What does deodexed mean?

quick and dirty odex explanation http://www.forceclose.com/questions/2307/what-are-odex-files
in short, a rom in order to be themed has to have these odex files removed and their contents packaged back into the apk file.
if you try to theme an Odexed rom I don't think it will even boot.
so i rooted my inspire but decided i dont really want to put a different rom on because of the sound issues i see going on..that means i cant use any metamorph themes?

Correct. Themes will only work on a de-odexed ROM

I am pretty sure they resolved most of the sound issuse. Android revolution has great sound in my experience with it. It even appeared to sound louder then stock.

Hello,
I was trying to replace the touchwiz mms application with an AOSP mms. Something went wrong and of course I forgot to back up my original mms.apk. I have tried to install AOSP mms.apk's off the forum but I can not get any of them to work. I am putting them in the correct directory and the permission are rw-r-r but still whenever I click the messaging icon the phone just vibrates once and then force closes. Could someone please post preferably the AOSP mms.apk that will work on the GS4G or if not that one just the stock mms.apk that came with the GS4G. Also, any tips on how to get it to work would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks as always!
What firmware version are you running? And are you running the Odexed or DeOdexed version?
Here's stock samsung KC1 deodexed version if thats what you need.
I am running stock, rooted kd1. I should just be able to drop the.apk in the app directory, right?

I just dropped this one in and it works, thanks a ton! Now that I have mms back, does anyone know of an AOSP mms.apk that works with this build?

Hey guys, I love my O3D very much, and made my own skin ( including framework-res.apk and systemUI.apk ).
I wanted to share my SystemUI (The Notification Bar) with you, since I think it looks pretty neat
MeeUI was an inspiration for the notifications title and i Think that the Titlebar is from Honeycomb, but the rest was my idea
I might also release my Framework-Res.apk, but that's a bit of a hack, and I want to contact the MeeUI creator first.
And I thank ThiaiZ for his awesome ROM that got me 3700 Points on Quadrant and awesome Overclocking
Download:
xrl Blend CandyBar SystemUI.apk [Optimized//Signed]
Stock SystemUI.apk (if yours is lost)
Thiaiz' Original SystemUI.apk
Please don't forget to press the thank you button if you like this, it had me staying up 2 nights, haha

Hey igoth, that is sad to hear, but I hope that it doesn't have something to do with my skin (correct me if i'm wrong).
Have you tried another TV / HDMI Cable / Smartphone yet?
Or does it work if you boot with the standart systemui.apk?
Anyhow, if you're sure it's because of the SystemUI.apk, try one of these, i've optimized and signed them with apk manager instead of java's own tools ( previously signed with lousy key maybe? )

Don't listen to the trolls man, you can really be proud of your work!
Thanks for making it
I've messed around with the phone, down to reinstalling the rom. Still not working so I can only believe it is not the systemui which caused it. Unfortunately I have only this 1 phone to test the cable with. Going to test another rom tonight to see if its a rom issue.

Can s.o. confirm that this works on stock? Do you like / dislike the design? I'd be happy about some feedback, seeing that is has been downloaded quite some times now.

i take this as a no
It works perfect on GB Stock. Needs more color. Don't worry though you're getting good.

So I downloaded the Holo Light Sense 4 theme from the Play Store, but the one thing sorely missing from the skin was the dialer. I searched around the International One X forums and found the SenseCream theme by fisha21 (all credit to fisha). I pulled the phone and htcdialer apks, placed them in the System folder, changed permissions, changed the name of the htcdialer.apk to match the existing apk, delete the odex files for both and rebooted. Beautiful IMO
The OP claims that the theme should work with all Sense 4.0 ROMs, but I can't guarantee it will work with all XL ROMs. Tested with Xi40 which is based on a ported International One X RUU.
I'll update later with the thread link and apk downloads (the mobile app is a pain), but for now a teaser.

Very nice! going to try it now
EDIT: Works but you must delete the stock apps if running a Odexed rom or it will cause issues. But yes works great!
If you want, i can make a flashable zip so it works on any rom with out issues.

Oops, forgot that step in the OP. Also X, did you rename the htcdialer.apk? I did, but forgot to state so in the instructions (I have updated the OP now). If you did not rename, I assume the dialer while in phone calls will remain as stock.
By all means whip up the installer. Will make it easier to flash after installing a ROM update.
