There is an unbrick thread in the dev section, try the instructions on there. It should work for you.

Searched for about an hour through google and looked through pages of q&a to find something... And nothing. Only thing I've seen is to hit unroot on supersu.. and I'm assuming its not that easy.

Are you sure its not a Rom or kernel issue does it happen on all roms ......

You could always try flashing a Rom and see if it works ....if your already rooted might as well

Okay I'm just trying to do something quickly so I can do something with insurance if I need to send it back. I'll flash a,Rom today and report back.

Just relock bootloader and run correct RUU, check this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1697604, it helps hehe.
I've tried everything but I can't get back to stock with no root. I always get back to stock but I'm always rooted. Can someone help me?

Either follow my OP or lumin30's guide.
I have an LG G2X with a stock Gingerbread 2.3.4. The other day I tried to upgrade using HellFireSandwich. After the step where I wiped the Dalvik Cache, I choose the upgrade folder from my SD card and hit Reboot. The phone rebooted and now is stuck on the blue LG image. I tried all kind of fixes from the internet, youtube, etc. I even tried ODIN but no success. The phone is not in warranty anymore.
What should I do, if there is anything that can be done to fix it?

Hi, but the method mentioned here didn't worked for me, I even tried the .kdz method on windows 7 but the LGB2C tool doesn't install and so I can't actuall kdz my phone, The other program shows that "no device found".
Need assistance, Thanks you

Its works on XP much better so if you can get to an XP computer try from there....I've bricked my phone the same way and cwm works every time for me on xp

unfortunately i jumped the gun and forgot the ez unlock -__-, and tried installing. now it wont even let me do anything

Sorry to say this but you probably bricked it, you're gonna need a JTAG or a replacement. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the case.

pull the battery, put it back in and try to get into download mode. you shouldnt be bricked unless you installed a rom from a different phone

Read this again and follow the part that applies to you. There's a section about not unlocking . It's a soft brick, very fixable.

Of course you won't as long as your bootloader is unlocked. Make sure that you are running an stock rom or you will get stuck.
OK thats where my confusion sets in. R u saying just be on stock? Bc I can't flash any roms anyways. But the RUU. Does that affect me? I'm confused about it.
Is there a good step by step tutorial on what I need to do to get the phone so I can flash roms from the stage I'm at now?

The hack kit site: http://tau.shadowchild.nl And the effen manual, are all You Need To follow.
I read the manual and I'm stuck bc it stops and says my phone has already been downgraded. Now I'm confused bc someone else said I need to go back to stock n unlock bootloaders then run that program again.. Please help

Ok, Let me be precise about your issue, I don't know what someone told you, you shouldn't care that much either...all you need to do is to follow instructions in the Hack Kit site and effen manual. Do not do what other people tell you to do...you will get stuck that way.
If your phone was already downgraded, then you can just run the Hack Kit to hack your device directly without the need to do it again. Paste the Hack Kit session in here or in pastebin.com and I will help you, but do not deviate from the instructions or try something different.
Have you locked your bootloader again?
Thank you soooo much. No I was having serious issues getting the computer to recognize adb drivers so I haven't locked thebootloader back yet. I'm trying again to get them installed. I will then run the hack kit again.. But at that point I don't think I should run it bc ill still have root access or does that matter? I will paste the script once I get it. Thank u again
