dont go to the service center before flashing any stock based rom...they will charge(upto 1300 rs,) u if they know u hv tried to install other roms.....when i was noob to dis things i also faced this kinda problem...they charged 1100 rs....and they told me i hv tried to install some illegal software that causes some damage in my motherboard...now u choose.......if u can a bit more specific about d problem i ll try my best to help u out...
der r some steps to be followd to install custom roms..

3) u hv to install cwm v5(v4 wont install all rom)
4)u hv to clear cache, data, dalvik cache before installing any custom rom

r u connecting ur phone via downloading mode????? only then odin will detect ur phone and u can install custom recovery like cwm.....do this
* download beni.ops and Odin Multidownloader
(Beni.ops and Odin are the same files used, so you don’t need to download them again.
•Next, run Odin, and connect your phone to your windows computer. Odin should respond as detected. Then, select “Ops” as beni.ops.
•Select the recovery file under “One Package”.
•Do not alter any other option other than those mentioned, let them remain as they are.
•Click “Start”.
•Wait till odin completes flashing (might take upto 10 minutes)
Now, after your device has rebooted, restart into recovery mode to confirm that you have successfully installed ClockworkMod Recovery (CWM).
Note: Even though rooting is not required for installing CWM, it is recommended to do so before, since you can root only from stock recovery, and CWM replaces the stock Samsung recovery.
now u hv installed custom recovery to install custom roms... refer to this link for more help

What error did you get?
Its unlikely that a script will cause so much problem.

Also flash a firmware of your region through Odin and then try wipe/data reset.

Are you sure you put the script in the right place?
And did you mess with the permissions or something?

So now you're able to wipe data/format ?
Flash in ddkq5 via odin and then install one of the custom roms available most probably razodroid v1 or creeds 1.5.
Listen, I have been flashing stuff into my device for quite some time now. Almost everytime I flash , I experience a bootloop and related stuff.
As long as you can access download mode and recovery mode, there's no reason to worry.
Whenever I suffer from such a problem , I keep flashing firmwares and roms built for my device and wiping data until I fix it.
Sent from my Galaxy Fit @ 801Mhz- RazoDroid
boot loops are pretty common.
just keep flashing roms until you find the one perfect for you.
could you plss provide me a link for DDKQ5..cant seem to find it..sorry..

Restore backup don't work.
I installed S5670XXKPU, I go in Android system recovery > wipe data/factory reset and got this:
Confirm wipe of all user THIS CAN NOT BE UNDONE.
After I go on Yes - delete all user and got this:
Appling Muti-CSC
-Wiping data...
Formating /data...
Formating /cashe...
Data wipe complete.
I go on reboot system now.
Appears logo with the music, then on the display writes SAMSUNG, then the logo again, but without music and so constantly.
y do u go to recovery to wipe data and cache???flashing a new firmware means data and cache is automatically wiped.just flash kpu using odin and then let it reboot on its own.data and cache get wiped on it own.
secondly i flash firmware with 4 files like kpi first and then flash firmware with 1 package.otherwise it dont boot.
maybe u can try to re-flash frimware via odin
When I restarted system, appears the yellow text and in the bottom reads: Can not mount / data Rebooting ...

Yes, I do u go to recovery to wipe data and cache. I flashed new firmware via ODIN.
The problem remains the same.
now i know your problem.
first flash a firmware like kpi which has 4 files like csc, boot, code and phone.
then flash kpu on that which has only one file using one package.and done.
dont wipe data and cache after that
maybe u should try another baseband, and do wipe data/cache after and before flashing frimware via odin
Try this:
-Download any of the custom ROMs you like from the development section.
-Copy to SD Card
-Boot into recovery
-Mounts&Storage>>Format /system
-Clear data&cache
-Install ZIP
-Reboot
It should work now.

[Q] [HELP] Can't boot GT-S5670 (galaxy fit)

Hi Guys,
Has anyone had this problem?
I had Creed's Rom v2.0 last month, and that worked perfect. I used it for a month.
this morning I decided to change my android rom into a new version of Creed's Rom.
I tried to boot and flash the Creed's Rom v3.0 and it's successfully flashed,,
But, whenever I try to boot my phone, I got stuck with the boot animation!!
It's never take me into the home screen??
It's keep showing me the bootanimation (Creed's Rom Text) for a long time ..,
So i decided to go back into SGFit default stock and successfully flashed it with ODIN..
When the device try to reboot, I get the same SAMSUNG bootanimation,,
it's keep rebooting the phone again and again (without any result),
And then I decide to flash the other rom., I tried "CyanogenMod 7.1",, I flashed it successfully, I do "Wipe Data / Reset" and "Wipe Cache Partition" also "Wipe Dalvik Cache" too, but whenever I try to reboot the phone, I've always got the freakin bootanimation and never take into the homescreen..
I also reformatted the memory card, still no result... :/
Any ideas please???

Flash the rom without flashing gapps...the startup procedure is causing the problem...Flash without gapps and see it will work or try another package of gapps which can be found across forum...

Flashed the FITCANDY v2 ROM which is a CM7 ROM, don't know exactly whats the problem
But my phone reboots aftr 5seconds or freezes completely,
I followed the exact procedure as specified by the dev, even wiped data, cache, dalvik after flashing the ROM
But the ROM doesn't move ahead, of the setting account screen..
The others have no problem flashing the ROM, even downloaded the ROM twice n extracted d zip aswell
This was the procedure i followed for flashing:
How to install:
1.Boot in recovery CWM 5
2.Wipe data/factory reset
3.Wipe cache
4.Advanced>>Wipe dalvik cache
5.format cache/data/system/sd-ext
6. MOUNT DATA
7.Choose 'Install zip from sd card'
8.Choose the file 'FitCandyV2.zip '
9.Reboot after the flashing completes.
