Microphone is not working

Suddenly, my Senny's microphone stopped working. I was searching and I can see on pictures that where the cancelling microphone is, there is some little rubber piece but on mine is missing. And I wonder why, lol. Does that even make any difference that causes the microphone to stop working?
The problem isn't only on calls, but on sound recorder as well, so I'm getting a bit scared here.
Any thoughts?

Muffled sound?

So we bought an irenic
Otter box case for this phone and with it on it causes the sound to be muffled. Take it off and it doesn't. All speakers and mics appear to be visible and I just can't figure out why it does that. Weird thing is for the first few minutes after you put it on it doesn't sound muffled but then goes back to it. I'm referring to speaker phone as well as on call volume without speaker phone on. Anyone have any insight before we send it back?

Low earpiece volume awkward solution

I have been having issues with in call earpiece volume. Today I turned the phone around so the camera/flash faced my ear and I could hear everything fine.
Can anyone else confirm this?
Could it somehow be out of phase through software?
Has your phone always done this? It might be a hardware fault if the sound isn't making it to the earpiece.

Tiny static ticking noise from ear piece/ top speaker anyone?

I have noticed that there is a very quiet subtle ticking sound coming from the top ear piece at all times, even when the screen is off. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this/ can test to see if their device does the same. I've checked my other phones to see if the same thing occurs and noticed that an old moto g (2014) also has a similar sound so I'm thinking it could just normal if the phone is not turning off the speaker and instead is just silencing it with the current still running throught the speaker module.
It's mildly irritating now that I know its there so I wanted to see if all devices have it or not, thanks.

Question Sound to loud during phone call

Hello,
I have the problem with sound from ear speaker. It is way to loud during call, so everyone around me can hear me. Even on the lowest volume, it may be heard around the phone, even though it is quiet when phone is on the ear. It is as if speakerphone is on during call.
Is this phone made like this, or my is broken? I have tried some fixes, but no luck. This is huge bother for me, so I'm considering to return it.
Does any one else have this problem. Previously I had HTC 10, and the sound during call was perfect.
