I know we have a dedicated thread but I can't get any help there but u have tried many methods and versions of flash player for arm 6 but eveytime I try to play a flash vid from dolphin mini ect the browser just closes
I have tried on ginger yoshi 1.5 and cronmid 2.4.7
Anybody that can help?

You'll find even less help in the general section man, anyone who still has that dinosaur is going to be in the Magic section. Try a different ROM. Falling that, try a different phone.

and i have instant web install enabled on my phone so i got it that way
FYI in case you didn't know, the new youtube app is ONLY for 2.2+! That means no sense ROMs unless you're using the alpha wildfire port
This is the latest version of Dolphin Mini that I have inverted. This will install on any phone just like a normal app. Just download, select the app, then select install.... that's it......... Enjoy!!!

You can't set home pages in Dolphin Mini, it already has a google spped dial tab on the home screen...

I am going to give HD a try later but I have tried it before and any change to it breaks the app and it can only be loaded to /system... so that means only rooted users can use it.....

Do you have a previous version installed? You will need to uninstall that version first.... other than that, there is no reason it shouldn't work...

It will be a little while, I am out of town now and I looked at the changelog and the only thing they really did was change the icon.... so I am not going to be in a big hurry when the update really does nothing.... but it will get done...

I have tried that and Bluetooth manager um,Bluetooth mano,bluetooth switch, and about 5 other apps on the market and after asking this ? Froyo, yikes. Update to gingerbread with kdz method asap. Froyo is slow and battery drain was diabolical.
Ignore the "no updates" rubbish, that's just your carrier who can't be bothered to give you any.

You are mucking up the forums with questions that have been answered over and over. Please use the search button. I think it's one of the rules (or at least it should be). Everything you need to know is in the dev section. Reading will make you more knowledgeable about your phone, its capabilities and this entire forum.
Good luck rooting your phone and trying new roms.
Sorry i just dont seem to get the right response when i post in right place for some reason. But i will do it from now on.

Good that you have rooted successfully.
21E baseband is the one that doesn't have the :GHOST CALLS" issue.
ROMs are sensitive to the baseband versions, so please be careful about te ROM you are trying out else you will face no network / boot loop / stuck on LG screen.
If you can flash Baseband 21E, then Promethius ROM 1.4 with Promethius Kernel v 1.4.5.1 ( please check for kernel versions with + and without + in the end) will give out the best battery life (as per my experience)
(He seems to be the only one active ROM developer left)

Ive tryed that rom a couple of time twice had no network signal and once stuck on lg screen bloody pain. I thought it was coz i was still running froyo but since on gb still wont work and for sum reason it wont flash the kernals all a bit of a blag for me so just on rooted stock rom now lol

You must be on GB and baseband 21e to use latest prometheus roms, and kernels.I think you can use Prometheus 1.3 rom with 1.3 kernel, and you will have signal.

I know adobe ended flash support for anything higher than ICS and I found a thread saying it was still possible to get flash to work on jb but I can't figure it out. Is this possible?

Just use the site search function, and search for "flash player jellybean" and you will find step-by-step instructions. Or just Google it.
All you really need is the apk, and it install just fine. You just can't get it on the Play Market or from Adobe anymore.
CleanROM 6 r2 has flash built into the default web browser... That's what I use.

Also when you have flash player installed, you will need another browser. I use Boat browser, which can be found on the play store for free. Just make sure to enable flash in the settings. This is the one tbat works well for me.

You can download the apk from Adobe too I believe. I think it was under legacy or developer downloads, something like that.

Or just Google adobe ICS flash apk. That is what I did. Its still on my SD card, but cant upload from app.
