Yeah press the contact , scroll down and turn off block .. simple as that

I got it. I see what I was doing wrong now. I don't know if I was just really tired when I was reading what you said or what, but I was interpreting your post as I need to go I to edit. Once just woke up and read it again and seen you said to just open the contact I saw it right there. Oh man, sorry about that. Maybe I should just turn in my Android card. Lol. I've been unable to figure out a lot of easy stuff lately.

Ok bro. Here ya go. I made 2 with the 00FFFF color. First is stock and second is chrome like. Which ever one you like, delete "cyan" from the zip name. PC36IMG.ZIP. just move it to sdcard and reboot into bootloader. Follow the prompts.

Sounds like he is building a Rom / theme for gingerbread sense on another device and wants our screen as reference for comparison. Wasn't that hard
Is anyone else's camera look like it's loading and then stays on the home screen. Mine does this very frequently but then when I reboot it works for like a few hours and then repeats the issue

I agree to try a factory reset. I see from another thread that you're also having issues with Youtube. Neither Youtube or the camera crashing are common/known issues. Try a factory reset, and if the phone is less than 30 days old, exchange it (for AT&T, or whatever the exchange period is if you are on another carrier). Not worth messing with it if you are still within 30 days, as it seems the phone may have some software or hardware defect.
I reset its not as bad as it was and my YouTube is working now

So I switched to Pacman ROM (4.2.2) and now for some reason my MMS isn't working, i cannot send or receive. I've attached my current APN settings. I've tried multiple messaging apps to no avail. Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried decreasing the message size? I had it too high and they wouldn't send. 1mb seems to be ideal.

Are you able to use your data correctly on 4G not wifi? MMS travels thru data, I don't know if you are on att, but if you are, i would suggest you make sure your APN settings are correct (by AT&T's standard), and call them to cancel you registration (resetting yourself on the network).
but if all else fails, then obviously reflash
I had the same issue with this ROM the first day after flashing it. It had some data connectivity issues which caused it, but they seemed to have resolved themselves.
