Cheap good sounding earbuds. - AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL

I am trying to find some cheap earbuds that sound good. I can only spend like 25 max and would prefer to get them in town from best buy, target, walmart, radio shack. My old one got destroyed. I really liked the sound of the smokin buds so something similar or better sounding would be nice.
Have done some Internet searching, but haven't found anything very helpful, and advice from here is better than any review online.

Spend $40 and get Yuin PK3s. You will thank me. Ear buds as a whole just don't sound good, but Yuin somehow managed to make theirs sound amazing. Rich, full bodied sound, decent soundstage, nice bass and clear highs. I'd gladly pay twice the price for how good they sound. They have them on Amazon.

I got some cheap skullcandy earbuds at target. They sound ok.

Every pair of skull candies has broken over a short period period of time that I've owned.

Hmm. Mine are 4 years old and my girlfriend's are 2. Do you man handle your stuff?

I like that brand too. Cheap and decent but cheap enough that if you destroy them they're easy to replace.

I got $15 sony earbuds at Wal-mart and they're better than my $100 Bose ones lol.

PS Vita buds
You could get the PS Vita ones, they have a mic as well and cost like $20. you can get them at best buy. sounds decent imo.

I had those yesterday, not the sound I like. Plus with skullcandy you get a lifetime warranty, if they stop you can get them replaced, or if you destroy them you get 50% off your next set

Denon earbuds on Amazon. Bought them for my wife and they sound amazing for the $25 they cost.
Sent while in DEFCON Brown.

Try the PureGear Beats Headphone on amazon, they cost 9.99 they do a great job for the price and they're tangle free, all the review are positive too

I have had really good experiences with the Creative Labs EP-630 but now I'm using a pair of Nuforce NE-700x.

Noise Hush NX80 sound really good imo and are at a very good price on Amazon @ $15
You might be able to find them locally but usually retail for +$49

I always like to share what I find the best to my fellow community. I have searched for a best and inexpensive headphone set for about a week and finally came down to this one and bought it. It has the best reviews compared to any other of its fellas. I like the battery life, comfort and functionality. Amazon has it for about $45 and macmall.com also has ab se price. If u happened to be near fry's then they have in store price of $50.

I also have these and agree 100% love them. I liked them so much bought some for my son.

These free Sony MDR-1R headphones they're giving away...

Right. Who thinks these are actually going to be any good?
http://www.sony.co.uk/product/hps-prestige-headband/mdr-1r
The list price is £299, yet they're GIVING them away with every Xperia Z. I can't see any for sale yet on ebay, but I expect there will be a glut of them throughout March!
I have no interest in them, I'll be selling them straight on, but if I was buying I wouldn't pay more than 10% of the retail price.

Plenty of reviews on the web saying they ARE good headphones.
They're giving them away because they don't cost Sony £299 to make them.
There are some for sale on ebay, with people explaining they won't have them till March. IMO, they will be lucky to get the £150+ they are asking, when you can buy them new with a warranty for £170ish.
Having a good pair of headphones is great, I have a £300 pair of Sennheisers and I'll still be keeping these Sony's.
I wouldn't be complaining about free headphones.... This is a special deal only to people in the UK! Be grateful because some people like myself who live in another country couldn't get this if we wanted to.

Also to people in The Netherlands and probably more countries.
Reviews on these headphones indicate they're excellent quality for the asking price and VERY comfortable. I'm surprised Sony is providing them as I feel they're actually TOO good for something like this, but eh, more power to them for actually doing this.
I hope Canadians get something nice when we get the ZL

Seriously? Even at their RRP they are pretty good headphones that are suited for almost all kinds of music. They really sound pretty good, they look great and they are probably the most comfortable headphones I have ever tried. What kind of headphones do you usually use then?
Im not going to get them cause i'll buy my Xperia without that deal ( not from carrier ) but i'd love to have them so if any of you want to sell theirs for reasonable price via ebay - i might be interested

I hope we get something with the ZL as well.... But knowing how much of an asshole the Canadian providers are.... There probably won't even be a preorder. If you really want these headphones it might be worth ordering from three with a 1 month contract... If they will even internationally ship it.

I can't get on with over-the-ear heapdhones at all - I just don't find them comfortable. I have a pair of Sennheiser in-ear buds that are a couple of years old but they produce really good quality sound and I can wear them all day comfortably.

These are great headphones, I own a pair... For F***s sake, now I'm mad cause I bought them about 6 months ago.
If you're 100% certain for this phone You should pre-order for the headphones, they're a great piece of cans. One of the best I've tried.
I was planning to wait to buy it and wait for some price drops... If I just didn't buy these headphones. I would've made a great deal
Oh well - Sh** happens.
i mean look at the reviews on amazon http://goo.gl/GIUab they look to be pretty good
only 17 reviews but 15 of them are either 4 or 5 stars which isnt to bad
I have the headphones, still sealed and boxed. They're on ebay, but if anyone's interested, PM me with an offer?

wow, look at the prices of these on ebay.
Before the XZ came out, these were selling for lik £180, now there's so many, they're going for like £70-80!
might be time to buy some.
it annoys me giving money to scalpers, but then, they're gonna get less than half of what they wanted for them!
They're actually very good headphone, however is anyone else having problems with the volume up & down buttons?
On mine they don't do anything the play/pause button works fine tho.

The remote control is designed to work with iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad ect. It don't necessarily work on Android.
I just use the cable without the remote control.

I'll probably still use the cable with the remote at least I can play/pause with it.

Here you go :-
SKULLCANDY has great bass but has poor treble and is of poor quality and cannot be fixed once broken
JBL is excellent but their earphones are slightly expensive. They have awesome service (trust me, I know)
SONY has durable earphones with great bass.
SENNHEISER is value for money and they have the best earphones, but only two models fit in your budget. They also have great service.
BOSE is out of your budget but has very very good audio.
APPLE earphones are awesome. Even a hardcore android fan has to admit this. The manufacturer of the iPod knows earphones pretty well. Probably out of your budget though.
Avoid bundled earphones (The ones that come with phones) as they are shrill and bad for music but good for phone conversations. HTC Beats earphones are quite good though.
Avoid Philips and Panasonic as they have bad earphones. Nothing they have is comparable to the competition. But, they are quite cheap.
Ear canal earphones/earbuds are bad for your ears but sound very good. The in ear ones like the apple earphones are very good and are not as bad.
My brother is an audio technician/ audio engineer
What about these earphones
1.Sony mdr ex100lp
2.Sony xb30ex
How are they

I keep hearing that those are overpriced?
I use a Panasonic RP-HJE120E-K headphone, trust me it offers excellent sound quality. It costs Rs. 450 on flipkart.
With a few audio mods you can get professional sound quality. The only con is the wires, they are thin and look cheap, hence they easily tangle when kept inside your pocket. It has been around a month and half and they are working well.

Skullcandy's lowest price is around Rs. 650. I heard it provides sound at cost of durability, and the lack of Skullcandy's stores in India makes it difficult to replace it.

Headphone suggestion $25-30

I'm looking for a good pair of earbuds for around $25-30. It'd be nice if it had working controls, but im mainly looking for a pair that will stay in my ear. I really liked my iBeats and apple 5th gen earbuds. If anyone could find me an amazon or ebay link to the genuine galaxy s3 earbuds, that would be greatly appreciated too

I completely disagree with the recommendation. Unless you want the controller, you are far better off with something like Vsonic GR02 for example. It's slightly above your budget but you also get a far superior sound.

I don't know about $25-30 but a while back I purchased the Monoprice 108320 Enhanced Bass Hi-Fi Noise Isolating Earphones and even though they don't have any controls, I believe them to be the best for under $15. The only problem is the that it's best to buy new tips and they tend to coil other than that I love and the sound quality is pretty fantastic.
These are amazing

I have Koss porta pro headphones that I bought on eBay years ago probably were closer to $50 but the ksc75 is cheaper and almost the same. For out and about when I don't want to wear ugly looking headphones I have some vmoda in ear I got on eBay a couple years ago for somewhere between $30 and $50 I think. They aren't too bad and they hold up well.

Best earbuds to buy!

The crappy Samsung earbuds that come with the awesome S6 just don't cut it for me. I've owned several HTC devices past years, and always kept their earbuds when I soled them.
Just bought couple more on eBay. HTC earbuds.
But as the S6 has exceptional sound coming from the headset jack, what earbuds are the best out there? For reasonable price! Not Sure category ☺

I've always -really- liked skull candy. not that expensive, but you have to accept theyll break in 3-6 months
Sennheiser and Audio Technica make some nice ones. You get what you pay for.
There are some real good deals to be had in the china market for ear buds if you know what your looking for. Buds that cost fractions of the big names and sound just as good if not better. Have a look at this thread on Head-Fi.org
http://www.head-fi.org/t/684159/chinese-asian-brand-info-thread-headphones-iems-amps-dacs
I personally own the Havi B3 Professional 1 Version( can buy on amazon) and the Original Xiaomi Piston Earphone Updated Version Browns (these will blow your mind for $20) both are fantastic.
Monster Turbines have been great to me, excellent bass and mids and highs.
The Klpisch S4 sound fairly good for their price. They are quite easy to find for $40 -$50 on sale.
