Insufficient storage error when trying to reinstall rom toolbox - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727

I keep getting an "Insufficient storage" message when trying to reinstall Rom Toolbox Pro after having deleted it. I previously had the same issue with poweramp before using root explorer to find the app's cached data file and deleting it. Does anyone know the name of the file for this one?

can't edit vold.fstab

I'm trying to edit vold.fstab to make my main storage my internal storage, but when ever I try to save it with Astro, Astro closes saying "Unfortunately, ASTRO has stopped." With another file manager, when I try to save it says Error, cannot be saved So it isn't from the file manager but idk, any help on how I can save it without a problem?
Basically, how can I allow it to save without crashing/error/having a problem, ive heard of something called fixing permissions, should I do that?

Which ROM are you using?
I would use Root Explorer if I were you. It is the most robust file manager app I have and the built in editor has no problems reading and saving these files. It also makes automatic backups of the file you are editing so that you can revert at any time. I definitely say it is worth the money.
Its fine now. Ty

[Q] Google store app fails to install:" error inadequate update"

Samsung s3
As it reads, I go to install youtube and google earth (which I previously had back when I wasn't rootEd), andI the apps will download but upon install that error comes up.
bad file?
try using a file manager that can access the internal memory and delete any left over parts of the apps and clear all caches
backup your phone first though

🔴► Can NOT edit/delete/rename files with any root app???

Hey I have a rooted s3 and I can not get any root manager app to: edit, delete nor rename any files, not even stuff in the downloads folder.
I also noticed that my dropbox can't install anything either, just says "storage full or unavailable" but my storage is fine, i have over 9gb of internal storage left.
I patched titanium backup with lucky patcher and I know once I had a message about not having enough storage but got it fix by deleting some file in /sys/app folder i think could this have anything to do with it?
P.S. I've tried fixing permissions in TWRP and it didn't help
P.S. I actually don't think any of my apps have permissions to access the internal memory. I just tired using viber and the app can't even look for a picture from my gallery to sent...
What could be causing this guys?? Could it be a bad root? What should I do, I don't really wanna reinstall my rom and then reroot, its too much work.

[Q] Can't delete folder in internal storage

hi, im having problems deleting a folder in my internal storage.
my phone is Lenovo A328, stock rom, rooted, and running on kitkat.
i didn't do any tweaking on my phone besides rooting.
i noticed while browsing my internal folders, in Android/data there is a folder named "com.com2us.soulcollector.normal...." 16.74mb in size.
it's from the game soul seeker, and i've already uninstalled the game, i tried to delete it but cant be deleted.
here's what ive done so far:
-i used other browsing apps like root explorer and root browser
-renamed the folder and delete, but can't
-moved the folder to other location in internal (cant move to external), still cant delete
-downloaded the game again and made sure the folder name and location is the same. then uninstalled the game, still the folder is there.
-edit the permission but cant.
-reboot device
-clean junk files using clean master
i dont want to restore or reformat my device. its a pain trying to download and reinstall again all my apps.
please help!

Try remounting /data as RW.
So, if you're using ES Explorer, open menu, inside Tools, click on Root Explorer.
Then click Mount R/W. And mount all partitions as RW.
This may help
