[Q] Motorola Defy custom ICS problem - General Questions and Answers

sorry for my little bad english.
I have a problem with Motorola Defy and custom rom ICS ( CM 9 rom ) upgrade. At first, I successfully upgrade it on my device, but I forget to put Battery fix, and my phone drained and couldn't even turn on, stuck in red M (motorola ) logo. I fixed it by putting back 2.2 froyo software with RSD Lite tool. After that, I tried once again put the ICS rom on my device and I do everything( flash .zip , flash kernel, install google apps and install battery fix, wipe data before update .zip, wipe cache and dalvik cache after install ) and every time it stuck in red M logo, and I need to do same procedure with RSD lite.
Do anyone know how can I fix that problem and put back ICS custom rom on my defy?
thank you very much

[Q] problem with boot

Hello my motorola started constantly on the bootloader to do?
after installing the rom cyanogen this problem occurred
cyanogen roms are roms made for motorola droid not milestone.
I suggest you flash your recovery again with rsd lite and do a nandroid restore, or load a rom made for milestone

CyanogenMOD won't install anymore in Motorola Backflip

So what I did was this: I've installed the cyanogenmod in my backflip, flashed the radio update with no problem, but I did the recovery to 1.5 and my phone didn't boot anymore, so I flashed with the original firmware ( AU 0.2.9) and now the mod don't seems to boot after installing it :/ now I can root, install j_r0dd recovery, wipe everything, and flash the mod ( lastest one) but it only gets in android screen, then reboots again :/ can you guys help me? Thanks in advance

[Q] Moto G XT1032 restore from GPe 4.4.4 to Stockrom 4.4.2

Hey folks,
i got a serious issue with my MotoG...
I tried to install/flash the GPe Rom (Android 4.4.2) here from xda and it fully worked. After the install process i received the OTA Update to Android 4.4.4 and installed it with the stock recovery. The result was a working up to date GPe rom where i deleted some system apps. I rebooted the phone and got stuck at the boot logo from Google with the unlocked symbol. A full wipe and reflash of the GPe Rom didn't fixed the problem. The phone sticks at the boot logo. After this i tried to reflash the Motorola Rom which didnt fixed it either....
My guess is that the OTA Update from GPe changed something which can't be fixed with older firmware flashes...!?
After a couple of hours of work i pushed via adb my CWM backup to the internal storage and restored it. My Moto booted and i was finally able to get it back to run the stockrom.
Then i saw something weird... The google logo with the unlock symbol stays and then the motorola boot logo appears and im not able to flash via fastboot other rom
Anyone experience similar or the same problem after restore from GPe 4.4.4 to lower Android version 4.4.2?
Thanks in advance for help and tipps

[Q] Help! Huawei U8800 Bootlooping on 2.3.5 Official Rom after many attempts to fix

Hey guys, I Know this phone is old but please help me
I was using official 2.3.5 ROM and it was getting old so I thought to root and install an ICS Rom so i rooted and installed MIUi ICS ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2029969) it was really nice and i thought to install Aurora Rom(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1492957) and it was Awsome! so i got into installing new ROMs and i was installing new ROMs almost every week and one day i saw CM 11 KitKat ROM for Huawei U8800 and I wanted to install it but before that i had to install Ble-Part Partition (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2615712) i flashed it succesfully and i installed the 2.2 version after that i flashed CWM 6.0.4.6 and i installed KitKat CM11 without any problems!
After some time using it for some time i thought to go back to Aurora as CM 11 was a little buggy and Aurora was the most stable ROM but as i was installing Aurora, i accidently formatted Boot instead of formatting System and without realizing it i flashe Aurora which flashed very quickly rather unexpectedely, and when i rebooted a blue screen appeared. I (surprised) installed official 2.3.5 ROM via dload and when it had installed the phone went into bootloop and i performed a factory data reset and it booted normally. But when i rebooted the phone again again it went to bootloop again. So i installed official 2.2 ROM and it installed succesfully and it never bootlooped in 2.2 ROM. But i wanted to install Aurora but it needs a .35 kernel and whenever i install 2.3.5 it keeps on bootlooping and i cant root it, though i can root 2.2 ROM easily and install .32 ROMs but they are quite old and I want to install ICS, JellyBean or KitKat Rom, which unfortunately i cant
Just in case you would be wondering i have tried many methods to go back to stock partition and none of them works and i have 1.8 GB storage! I have read that distorted partition can cause bootloops on 2.3.5 ROM so if anyone can help me to fix this problem, ill be very grateful as this is a very important phone to me!
And if you have any questions please ask!

[Q] RSD Lite flash failed

Hello, I tried to flash my motorola electrify M to the stock version of android and have encountered difficulties. The phone boots, but that is messed up. It starts with the Razr M rom boot screen (I flashed that rom and moved onto another since it would not boot up). It also shows the boot screen of a Cyanogen Mod. Those screens only last a second or two each. Then it boots up my liquid smooth rom meant for a Razr M. The phone thinks it is a Razr M. Maybe that is why when I used RSD Lite returned I got the error flash failed 1/22 partition_signed. How do I get stock android back? Any help is appreciated.

Make sure if you have the proper stock ROM.
Check this: Motorola Electrify M Stock Firmware
Flashing the jbstock rom worked well with RSD 6.1.5 thanks.
