How to fix soft keys problem? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727

I have turned off the soft keys lights in system settings but it seems every time a notification comes through the light up in my pocket. Any way to stop this? Or does it use much battery?

A search for "bln" might help resolve your problem.

Disable wake in SMS?

Is there any way to stop the screen from turning OJ when receiving an SMS. I dug all through the phone settings and can't find anything. I also searched the forums with no luck. It seems like a waste of battery for it to come on every time. Also like turns on in my pocket. Isn't the proximity sensor supposed to prevent that?

Please help!

I do a lot of different things on my phone but have not had this issue. My keboards back light and soft buttons will not come on unless I change the brightness then it shuts back off once I time out the screen and back on. I've tried everything and can't get it back! Please help no backlight is really annoying!

I think the best thing to look for is the delay in which they auto turn off... but don't think I've seem where you can change that though.

Atrix 2... How to disable button backlights?

Does anyone know of a way to turn off the button lights on the Atrix 2? There are a couple of apps on the market that will turn them off. But I was hoping for a more permanent solution. As I like the on screen buttons better. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for my English first
Did you mean how to tnrn of the backlight of the capacitive buttons? If the answer is yes and you have already rooted your device, I suggest that you can try "Keyboard backlight controller" this app.
Latest PAC (4.3) has this ..
