Available where?

Are you referring to this link: [git.omapzoom.org]?
It's already been mentioned here: [forum.xda-developers.com].

Here Is The Link

[PROJ]Improve/Porting Adreno GPU drivers on Snapdragon Devices

Over at PROJ: Overclocking the Adreno GPU on Snapdragon Devices they were trying to achieve to overclock the GPU to improve performance.
I've decided to open this thread for dedication for software porting/improving for adreno GPU on all Snapdragon chips.
1st thing we require/need to start work is:
Any source for the adreno/gpu drivers that are currently being run on our devices.
Its been mentioned that Acer liquid has same gpu running on lower cpu clock and achieving greater results.
Open source 3D driver for Snapdragon @ CodeAurora | Site Source
Acer liquid GPU drivers and source
Require Acer Liquid dump of adreno libegl files
Acer Liquid Kernel Source | Source site
Benchmark Acer liquid | Nexus One = Desire | EVO4G | Incredible
From there we should be able to improve our drivers from other devices but i think its a good start to look at the Acer Liquid since the source is available iirc.
That should be what we need for a start.
If i'm missing anything please let me know and i'll add it.
I'm posting this here because our devices have the same chip/gpu so its pretty much a win/win situation and we are searching for devs to lend a hand
To make this easier and keep information managed/organised it would be best to post in the original thread i created in Nexus One development forum located here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=741322
Reference threads
Nexus One porting thread | Incredible porting thread | EVO4G porting thread
Cone on guys any new information about this topic. Have any progressions been made at all?
Sent from my HTC Desire CDMA using XDA App
Sounds interesting
If you read the original post he refered to , you will see that they have hit dead end on driver path and OC the GPU is impossible (iirc an insider from qualcom told them so as well)..search to find more...

Official Froyo devkit available for Download onTI website

Hello.
I am sorry I could not post on the development thread. this is my first post. I have been checking the TI developer site and noticed that they just posted an official android Froyo devkit available for download. the link is:
software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_tii/TI_Android_DevKit/02_02_00/index_FDS.html
and the documentation is at:
/processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/TI-Android-FroYo-DevKit-V2.2_UserGuide
The source code is included and has new drivers for the SGX chip and a devkit for the WL1271 including bluetooth stack.
Also the kit include drivers for the DSP for video decoding and Flash acceleration in android.
I think this could be good to allow update to nookie froyo. I am in the process of testing the release on an OMAP 3530 dev board and will let you know.

dependency of user space on kernel version

Regarding community mods' efforts on porting ICS to all these devices that have no official ICS support (yet), I wonder why so many hardware does not work (see e.g. status of lg optimus 2x p990.
1.) Does ICS depend on so many new kernel features, that they can't use the old kernel of Android 2.3.x?
2.) Howcome the drivers in the 2.3.x's kernel are not available? The kernel is GPL, isn't it? So by distributing phones with Android, the manufacturers have to open-source their drivers. Is there no central Android kernel repository? Why don't they get drivers upstream?
Looks like you need to join this:

Videocore GPU and developement section

we need programmers to enhance videocore gpu it's programable and as i know it's good it needs more support .. and make kernel with overclocked GPU ... any ideas .......
http://www.broadcom.com/products/technology/mobmm_videocore.php
as Raspberry Pi devs they made it powerfull .. so we can ......

It's not that easy as you think.
I mean Kernel development is very hard and you need alot of knowledge.
Let see if we can make a fully working CM10.2 build and then maybe I will make CM11.
BTW if you want a Custom kernel for GPU OC look for Guides on XDA.There are many of them.

[Q] GT-S7500 kernel 3.12 development

Hi,
I've read that finally we (ace plus users) are starting to have a 3.0 kernel :good:.
I've also read that with 3.4 kernel, linux introduced better support for ARM SoCs.
Googling, I've found that 3.12 kernel introduced adreno gpu support.
My question is: what are the steps needed to port a linuk 3.0x kernel to 3.12? I'd like to know what are the common Android related problems, and vendor device related.
I know that my question isn't very clear, and that could require a "long" answer but any informations or links will be appreciated
Thank's in advance
Marco
