Running it right now. Awesome work so far you guys
Bugs I encountered:
- performance seems a bit slot at some parts (like scrolling in lists and main menu)
- can't download anything from Market, hangs at "Downloading..." (known bug in OP)
- Calendar is not syncing (when I start Calendar and select my Gmail-account in the Settings-screen, it says "no calendars")
- mobile internet is not working (also not after manually adding APN)
Update: mobile data APN is working after manually adding and rebooting, thanks Rapier
Problems encountered:
- Mic bug is not fixed yet unfortunately.
- Calendar is not added as option to be synced after adding a Google account. Though, if you click on calendar, it's saying that you should have signed into a Google account (I was signed). Choosing to add an account and trying to add the same, the message is that you already have that account added (obviously ). Dunno what happen if you first try to click on calendar and add your account this way instead of adding it from Accounts & Sync...could work like this
- Gallery not working
- Market could not start. It was showing the busy cursor for minutes and nothing
- Mobile Data APN were not present, had to manually define (in proxuser's version they were present, you may check with him). But IS working after adding (can be seen in one of the attached print screens)

Sry but got also the market bug, unfortunately I even can't instal apps from sd (unknown sources is ticked) after some time I get com.Android.media not responding at first try no matter if I kill it our choose wait nothing happens, at a second try nothing happens (even the not responding message isn't showing up). I made a full wipe (wipe all) before trying market and one more before trying to instal apps from sd without accessing market before.
Anything else is great, nice work guys, if someone can show me a workaround to instal apps it will be my daily ROM.
Oh and just to tell it, at superROM 2.4.1 instal from sd worked for me, to get market working I just had to replace it with the 3.3.11 version.
Will try if it's possible to instal apps with adb tomorrow.

I want to open this thread because this ROM is causing lot of people some trouble as the bugs are not the same than the ones on the CM9 original ROM. With this post I try to help the community, I will also show some videos of the ROM, to make this ROM be well known as for me is one of the best ICS cooked ROMs for our phone.
Here I will post some videos with funcionality and videotutorials if they were necessary:
I will reserve this space for the bugs and solutions for the ROM. With this I thnk that developers will have a better organised list of bugs to correct and develop.
Issues
REMICS 1.5.3 is brilliant...but I'm also facing certain issues like:

Apps disappearing when moved to sd card is a CM9 main stream bug. Try SD Card Swap to fix it.
Lockscreen wallpaper can be changed via lockscreen settings.
In-call dialpad themed like S3.(In Next Release)
Task Manager FC.. Trying to find out the cause.
I urge you guys not to create multiple threads just to post your issues. Post issues & solutions in the official thread. It is very difficult to keep track of different threads in general section. It will be easier for us to continue speedy development if we find everything in the right place at the right time.

It works great, except for the wifi and camera...
Also the power menu don't have the "reboot into recovery" which I use a lot...
Definitely a keeper, I just hope you can fix the wifi and camera, which I don't know if it's fixable, some say that there are no camera drivers for the evo4g...

Camera worked for me, directly off the lockscreen and everything. It's only 3mp.

This looks really cool. I'm not a user of miui, but of course if Team Dirt is behind this then of course I will get my hands dirty. But I do have to wait for wifi, cause I have no service at home., so as soon as I see the update, thanks hugely for pumping out these dirty dirtbag roms.

Gosh... I haven't even downloaded this ROM... but I know it is the best of the best. Nothing can compare. I just wanted to have a post full of drivel and having no good input at all. It made me feel sooooo cool and all.
BTW, get 4G fixed, the camera fixed, the dial tone fixed, it isn't washing my dished completely, there isn't any ringtone that I like, it is STILL using some of my damn battery! ( I expect that you can make it charge itself ) and just generally isn't PERFECT. But it is a great ROM ( I guess )
Boy, I do feel better now that I have made this BS post and all. Just wish that I could have done it on the first page and really reveled in the awesome coolness of being there. * sigh *

This one looks even better to me. I looked through the threads and this is the latest. It is based on Fallout but says Sense 4 in the description. Downloading now to check it out.
And it was soooooooo big pain with the Chinese captchas!!!

Are you talking about the one in the OP or the one you linked to in your post?
I'll take this on recommendation and try it later for fun - even though I don't like sense and will probably just run FTL straight over the top of it

Yep the link form my post.
The tweaks are stolen from team Venom's ROM that is for One X but still the combination of Fallout base with them is just marvelous.
It has an option for AOSP lockscreen, configurable quick settings, but in a separate tab, etc. Worth checking just for the play

But if you copy the files from the attachment to the respective folders in /system/customize, before flashing you will have all languages
The keyboard offers you to download your language when you have internet connection
And it is Sense 4.1. I am definitely keeping this as a daily. It is based on Fallout so should be less resource hungry than Virtuous Infinity (just a theory at that point)
Hint: it comes with aroma installer in Chinese but there are not much options, so just click the green button (that should be Next) and it installs. At the very first screen there are 2 options - first is to wipe dalvik+cache, second is a full wipe.Then just next...

Yeah Chinese captchas are horrible..Used some website to read that took me 3 hr.. but now i feel worth it ..hmm
I tried which i have mentioned above this also very good..smooth and fast and
Venom's tweaks are out of the world.. using it from last 5 hr..feeling very good :highfive:

- In Permissions - Manage App Permissions - Apps when you tap on "Trust this app" or "Auto-start", the Settings FC. If you want to "untrust" previously trusted app, it works fine
- When adding a Prepaid card in MiCredits, the app FC's LINK
- When you're trying to re-dial the last number via the BT headset button (in mine is tap the button 3 times), it does nothing and com.android.phone process gives a FC
- Some missaligned text bug LINK
- Switching between World Clock and Stopwatch is little laggy
- Settings -> Storage -> USB connection (It don't ask, it don't charge only, it always mount SD card regardless of the selected item)
- The Cleaner shows wrong storage space LINK
- When in Airplane mode try to send an SMS the app gives a FC.
- Mail app does not remember the position of the menu if you close it while in combined view. On the next start you find yourself in the first mailbox.
- Torch on lockscreen only works few seconds

Fixed Bugs
- Voice calling with Cyberon Voice Commander via BT headset while the device is in deep sleep is not working. The app is trying to load but it doesn't and the device is not responding. A reboot is needed then. If the screen is on then it works but I hear the lock sound like the device is trying to lock
- When alarm is set and starts to ring, there is no option to dismiss it (no horizontal slider). You can only see an empty wallpaper with statusbar. It shows up only after you tap on snooze/dismiss option in notification drawer LINK
- In new security app "cleaner" after push "clean up" button just scanning and didn't do anything more((
- When adding new contact, the New contact and Add to contact text is positioned to much to the left.
- Missaligned tex on install screen
- Sound on incoming call only rings once when selecting some custom sounds
- Too strong vibration
- IR remote controller not working
- USB debugging mode doesn't stick after a reboot
- Vibration cannot be disabled
- When you run the screen unlock pattern and disable the swype screen it goes to the swype screen not directly to the pattern unlock
- When trying to lock the phone using https://i.xiaomi.com/ the phone will hang or reboot ( and freeze before restarting)
- FM Radio app is not turning on. FMRadio turns on after screen off and unlock the phone, but radio is no sound and i can't turn it off =)) It's "Turning off..." and still on and still at notification bar
- Keyboard FC's when rotating phone from landscape to portrait (verified in Tapatalk, Xda, Whatsapp...)
- FC on TV application when power or TV remote icons touched LINK
- SMS/Email/Google+ notifications does not sound (all notifications does not sound)
- When playing music with MIUI player and trying to change the volume with Volume Ace app the device soft reboots and stays on MIUI logo. A hard reset is then needed
- Taken pictures are not showing in front page of the Gallery
- Cannot get location in Maps, Weather... with wifi or data
- In music app equalizer presets still in Chinese
- Miui browser does not change the browser search engine even if selected from the various available (google)

Why I can't flash this ROM?
If you have issues flashing this ROM, edit the "updater-script" file as in this guide.
Why I can't flash the OTA updates automatically?
If you have flashed any custom zips in system folder (custom kernel, fonts, icons etc.) it won't let you update the OTA automatically. You have to edit the updater-script file following the guide here and here. Also check a "how to" video here.
How's the performance and battery life on this ROM?
No lags in the UI and battery life is very good. Here are some screenshots.
Can I receive and flash the OTA update automatically, if I have installed a custom kernel?
No, you have to be completely stock with only Gapps installed from OP in order to flash the weekly OTA updates automatically. That means if you have flashed a custom kernel, custom font zip, custom extended icon pack etc. then you won't be able to flash the OTA update automatically. Of course you can download the full weekly ROM and flash it manually.
Workaround: For flashing OTA updates while you have custom stuff flashed in system folder, check the post here.
I like to wake/sleep the device with the screen instead of the hard keys. Is there a setting for that?
Install Trickster MOD Kernel Settings app and enable the settings you like.

I can't find the menu button in some apps.

I can't see any option for Facebook contact sync?
Facebook won't sync, you have to use Friendcaster, HaxSync or another type of app.
I can't seem to find a setting to let me download large files over 3G/4G.
Open the Downloads app and go to Settings. Set the "Data usage" to unlimited and reboot. More info here.
I'm only getting "H" for my signal.
Go to mobile network settings and reset the APN settings to default and then re-select what ever provider you use and it should pick up 4G. More info here.

I don't believe they will use Google Play Edition either. CM/AOSP base.
