I am in the USA right now but still can't purchase magazines or music (I have Google Music) from the play store. I see it all now on my phone but still get this pop up. Is there a way to spoof? Phone is locked to Bell, and rooted.
How do I get a US card that I can reload and use in the Store?

hmm maybe some updating after the google play store got released, its there now, I have recently flashed the lastest gapps when switching roms

Just to confirm, you are going through the samsung app store right? The one on Google play is considered a different version.
You need to go to the Samsung App Store to update some apps that are pre-installed. There's a icon for it in your app drawer. You'll need to create an account. I have both versions and the Samsung store seems to lag a little behind the Play Store as far as updates. Both versions are on 1.4.

I had this app on my 16gig Galaxy Note 10.1, downloaded from the Samsung App Store. I just replaced my tablet with a 32gig version and now the app is not available in the store error 4002. Does anyone know what's going on with this error, or if possible, where I can get the app from? Possibly from someone, maybe?

That's why I refuse to use the samsung app store. They are unreliable.
