You can request it from user "football" via pm, but ruu's that he hasn't shared openly in his thread, or hasn't obtained yet will cost a donation.
You can find a stock recovery here

To my understanding RUU is an executable file that must be run from a pc. There is a flashable 2.3.4 OTA posted in developement. Flash in CWM Recovery.
Here is the link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1226085
I can't find one for 2.3.3 stock, but the link is for the T-Mobile version OTA.
Haha really? That's funny.....the only.thing I did from,a PC was the rooting part......everything else I thought I could do it from my phone lol. That explains.my battery drain lol

Hi everyone,
I just realized FileFactory have put a 500MB download limit for all of their files on the standard account. All of the RUUs exceed 500MB, therefore none are downloadable - you need to be a premium account holder.
Also, can a T-Mobile UK branded device run a T-Mobile US RUU? If it helps, I am on T-MOB005 CID.
I was able to download one from a page close to the end of the thread.

I couldn't download any but the S3s all worked, all of them were below 500mb.
Pm sneakyghost he has them all

No need to PM..they're in his signature!!
I don't think he has all of them though.

I have searched all over these forums, and am having trouble locating the Telus RUU.
Anyone have a copy? Or can link me to a thread I missed?
Its software version 1.94 if that helps, htcdev only has the kernel source.
I needed it as well but apparently there isn't one available that I know of. It would be good if someone knew of where we could download one.

http://forums.team-nocturnal.com/showthread.php/1005-RUU-One-X-XL-LTE-RUU-s
This is all I could find. is it in there?

Hmm no. Im guessing I could flash the rogers one.
Can a rogers user confirm 1.94 firmware with 1.11 hboot?
I could be wrong very easily but isn't it 1.91 for Telus an 1.94 for rogers?
Sadly I've forgotten which was which.
Soon as I bought my phone I got an away from stock, never even backed it up.
WR
Edit to add, mine is Rogers 1.11 hboot and I'm using it on Telus.

Stock - ok.
I forgot to ask which device you have. S3 or S4?
--- edit
S3 as I found you asking in bulletproof thread in the S3 development section already. These guys there can offer more help than I on S4.
Thank you. And my device is s3. So i'm waiting for the informations from you.

It doesn't have to be AT&T and/or stock. Any Sense ROM should do. Its just AOSP ROMs that for some reason have trouble with unlocking the SIM.
All ROMs (stock or otherwise) and just about anything else you will every need for this device can be found in my Index thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1671237
It has CM 11, Kitkat.
